What went right?

They won the coin toss.

So signing Okorafor, Jordan and Leverett as free agents and relying on Lowe to start... that was smart?

BB lives rent free in your spacious head. He's gone. Talk about this team instead of living in the past.
Only one talking about BB is you.. tune in to pat macaffe you and bills boy friend Lombardi can all talk.

Your absolutely correct. I live in Boston born and raised. So I can attest to that. Although on holley not sure he's pretty close with Bill. He wrote a book about Bill and got his personal approval
Holley left the Bill farm several years ago.

He's gone chuckles... live in the present.
The aftereffects of his roster decisions are still here. Going from a perennial dynasty to one of the least talented teams in football...yikes.

That could be because they also put in the 2 backup OL, had no Rham or Henry. And the Jets just went full blitz mode during garbage time with no threat of run. It should change when they start to game plan with him, and he gets 80% practice reps.
Jacoby got sacked 5 times... he got sacked 3 times last game and the only reason it wasn't more is because the Jets Defense is better. He's faced the highest pressure rate in the NFL.

Nothing is getting better until they get better linemen.

Yeah... they had the third overall pick, the most cap space in the league, returning a top five defense, three starting O linemen... they had a lot to fix.

God you're slow...

The line was wretched last year too... but it's all Mac Jones that made them 4-13. Super Bowl contenders if it was literally any other QB. Without a doubt.

How did that "ToP 5 DeFenSe" look last night? And who was the GM that left them with a lot to fix?

The Jets more than doubled the time of possession because this offense was a disaster...

Again, learn the game.

Still feeling good about my 1-16 season prediction.

And they lost to the Jets at home by a similar score 17-3 in the finale last season and a similar offensive disaster. Looks like your hoodied hero sure did a number on the roster.

Talk about 2024.

I'll ask you the same thing.
How is Wolf supposed to see in March that Lowe and Sow would be injured and that Okorafors would step away?

They took a nearly hardline approach in terms of NOT bringing in anyone over 30. The only person 30 or older that got a contract was Godchaux. If you look at the contract extensions the team signed, once the player hits 30, the contract makes it easy to cut the player.

I don't know that I agree with the stance, but that's what it is.

Onwenu was the 2nd best OT/OL available and the Pats re-signed him.
Trent Brown shot his way out of New England. He's back to playing RT in Cleveland. And he got a 1yr deal. He didn't get what he thought he was going to get.

There wasn't a helluva lot out there for TACKLES You had Tyron Smith (34 - who is injured already) and Bakhtiari (32).

I've already said that I didn't want Maye. I wanted a trade down with Minny for the 2picks and player. The Pats could have had their QB, bookend tackles and their WR. Instead, well.
Lowe shouldn’t even be on the team, Sow shouldn’t be relied upon as a critical piece, he’s a jag, and Orkorafor quit football because he stinks.
