This is an example of contract negotiations in the modern NFL. Judon was making a scene on purpose, no different than Godchaux griping in his presser yesterday.. and magically his agent was at camp today.

I said Godchaux had leverage weeks ago, what is it now with Barmore out?

Judon is pushing for a deal or a trade, he has to make a stink. This is what the collective bargaining agreement has led to. Can’t hate the player, hate the game.

So show up and pull an Antonio Brown then you get your money?

The CBA is negotiated by the players union and the owners. I am not sure any one party is to blame.

Yes, Jordan is competing with Leverett and Jake Andrews for spots on the roster. All three are potential backups at center of guard. Also, they are trying Mafi at center after his failure at G.

That IS the point of Training Camp and the pre-season.

Presuming Sow is starting, we are likely to keep three backups out of Leverett, Jake Andrews, Robinson, Jordan and Mafi. Let the competition continue!

Hard to be worse than 10 was but hard to say we are going to be better. We went out and found the one guy who may be worse and seem intent on playing him instead of the future.
Brissett may be the only qb out there with worse w/l record, ypa and td% than 10.

I'm not a Biscuit fan either AJ hoping Maye wins the Starting job.

But doesnt throw anywhere near the number of mindnumbingly stupid interceptions. That alone would have won 2-4 games last year. We debated this extensively back when it was Cam and Mac, are you still on the start the rookie immediately train even after the Mac disaster?

I’ve been listening to MTC most weekdays and when they’re on Saturdays sometimes for 10+ years. Kirwan is clearly butthurt over the Pats dumping BB. He has little good to say about the Pats other than their LB group, seems to deliberately mispronounce Barmore’s name and obviously is not a fan of Maye. So for me it’s not as fun of a listen these days but I’m the type that likes listening to and reading what the negative commenters say, it helps me think more critically than I would otherwise.

Mafi probably misses out, and Robinson has an edge as a ‘24 draftee. Probably comes down to Leverett vs Andrews vs Jordan for two spots although I see value in trying to hold all 3 plus Robinson, assuming Strange starts on PUP.

Totally agree with that AJ we never sat Bledsoe unlike Green Bay who had the luxury most Teams don't sit their Rookie QB's. I am sure Chicago and Washington are playing there's from Day 1. I would rather watch a Rookie go through the ringer than a journeyman QB. I remember Josh Allen with all the mistakes until he got it right now the Bills own the Division.

I am hearing good things about Layden Robinson a pick many here hated. Robinson and Sow is going make moving from Cole Strange very easy Mafi will always be a PS candidate. O-Linemen go down all the time I can see us Trading Strange for at least a Second he ain't getting his starting job back.

I think we need some context on these training camp reviews. Maye is running with the backup line and throwing to receivers that will be cut. His "Interception" yesterday was behind the receiver, but the receiver had 2 hands on it.
This is from Mahomes second training camp, the one before he was the full-time starter for the first time. Maybe they should have sat Mahomes for 2 seasons before making him the starter, he wasn't ready yet!
