Of course you can argue with that. After Tatum adjusts to his new jacked body next year, he will be lights out. SGA is so fragile like Brunson. Hard pass. Luka can't play defense. Jokic is getting slower every year. Giannis is past his best and will be constantly injured because he depends on a bruising play style.

Don't look back. Look forward. Who has the physical body AND talent AND is young enough to take significant leaps forward in 2025 and 2026? SGA is too slight. Tatum is the only one. Look at the leap Brown took. Similar circumstances to Tatum. Tatum will leap too and be durable.

As I said, I don’t have an issue with the top 4, and RW asked who the top 4 were. It isn’t actually my list but from Bleacher Report.

It seems you have an issue that Tatum isn’t ranked #1 in current NBA player rankings. Fine. I disagree.

He’s ranked #5. It’s not like that’s an insult. Tatum is a great player but the things you’ve mentioned that he should improve upon, he’ll have a chance to improve upon, and perhaps he’ll be the league’s best player.

Tatum's write-up got me to scratch my head... one of his strengths is listed as "Clutch Gene". I love Tatum's play but I cringe when he goes iso-ball during crunch time. I seem to remember a lot of clangs when he did this. Am I remembering it wrong?

At least Tatum stopped taking as many shots in crunch time. He's no Larry Bird, that's for sure. The amount of times that Larry Bird took a clutch shot at the end of a game and missed can be counted on one hand, maybe even one finger.
