And then they drafted Isaiah Davis in the 5th as well. They already have Breece Hall (almost 1,600 yards from scrimmage last year). Their running game should set up Rodgers with plenty of easy, open play-action passes.
Philadelphia will be an interesting team to watch in terms of their running game in 2024 too. They added Saquon Barkley in free agency, drafted Will Shipley in the 4th, plus signed Kendall Milton as an UDFA. Apparently they don't want Jalen Hurts to run the ball anymore.
Buffalo was another team with a nice double dip at RB: Ray Davis in the 4th, Frank Gore Jr as an UDFA - to go with James Cook. Ty Johnson may be out of a job there. NYJ, Philly and Buffalo should all have very good three-headed running groups.
Even if the 4th round was too soon for a RB, there were some good players available late, like Kimani Vidal or Jase McClellan in the 6th. Milton, Gore Jr and Dillon Johnson all would have been nice undrafted rookie additions.
