Just wait if the Wolves win Game 5: “Ant is a DAWG, if you’re the Celtics you don’t want to face that guy.” Either way it’s always a bad thing for the Celtics.

That being said it was important for Minnesota to finally get Ant going and those threes for KAT should help him.

As an aside maybe it’s just me but outside of some truly clutch shots from Luka I don’t think either the Mavs or Wolves have played great basketball this series. It’s been pretty sloppy.

The Wolves offense in particular has been so clanky and iso-based I keep finding myself surprised that they are still in the game at the end each time.

Minnesota is basketball’s version of the Baltimore Ravens. Exceptional defense, subpar but competent offense, and It’s always an ugly, grind it out game.

If the Wolves can get out of their own heads they can win some games. I think they are the better team on paper.

They are only losing because of horrible performances by their two star players. If those guys put out average/decent performances this is at least a 2-1 series in favor of Minnesota.

Made all the big plays last 2 minutes.
Final minute: Browns huge block, DWhite's huge corner 3, Jrue's huge rebound. Game ovah.

They also held Indy to a 6 minute scoreless stretch in another game. The C's can be stifling on defense.

Indiana got swept. That is the same as getting kicked in the balls. If you want to respect them for choking over, and over, and over again, go ahead. Not me.

My son lost a championship game in soccer and I told him that we had to go get the 2nd place trophy. My son said the coach told them to all go home because 2nd place is for losers. I said his coach was right and we drove home.

Your son's socker coach is the real loser if he's teaches that kind of nonsense to kids.

Sounds like the type of coach that’d make you want to stop playing the sport. I’ve had those guys before: absolute pricks. Most kids aren’t playing because they are in line for college or professional careers. Calling them losers after being in the championship (or really at all) is wretched.

Don't want the wolves thier size down low is a issue for us especially with KP out. Who even knows if he plays the rest of way? The same injury sidelined Giannis. Rather see the mavericks..

Same here. Not saying Mavs are a cake walk.. they present challenges, but not like the wolves do. I actually have kind of taken back my plea for McDaniels.. the guy fouls like on every play. LOL not what you want in your 2nd team defender. I don't know if KP comes back?

Edwards has been up and down.

He's never been this deep in the post season. Guy goes 100 MPH on each play. Also he played for team USA Last summer too right ?

Gotta be careful of Luka‘s foul baiting. Did they not make a rule about blatantly launching oneself into a defender to draw the foul? They didn’t seem to want to apply it to Luka in that spot.

I think we're all agreed on that, although sometimes I wonder about the be careful what you wish for thing. For all the talk of Edwards being the next Michael Jordan, if the Celtics played the wolves it would be the Celtics who had the best player on the court.

But I do agree I prefer Dallas, I was talking more about the length of the series, I don't know if it really matters how many games they play really, but it's more dramatic if Minnesota wins a couple so it's definitely more fun

Agreed. I was kidding about it, but I do think he would've gone in game five. We'll know if that was possible if he's ready to go for game one
