Drake Maye would be the IDEAL pick for the Patriots at #3

I'm not crazy about Maye. I think he's the best prospect of what's left, but he feels like another Mac Jones type of high floor, low ceiling player.

Maye is absolutely not that… if anything he’s low floor, high ceiling. He has 10 times the throwing and athletic ability of Mac Jones but far less polish. Jones was more or less a finished and pro ready product when drafted. Maye needs to grow and fix some things but his ceiling is high.

I don’t disagree that they may be taking Maye
Strong possibility
Just Red Herring Season
Yes. These last 4 weeks is going to be like the last 4 weeks when you were a kid before Santa was going to come to give you that new high tech Super Blade for your Hockey stick

I remember my brother & I receiving our first Phil & Tony Esposito street hockey gear for Christmas 1970… Good times, good times…

They were the biggest sponsored hockey stuff outside of Orr.
Simplicity is what made them great times

I have a Tony Esposito super blade goalie stick sitting 10 feet from me
Found it in my parents basement in the rafters when they sold the house

When I seen it. It came back to me why I am a lunatic
I took way too many of those orange hard plastic pucks off the squash
We made goalie pads out of foam from Roger’s foam Co in Somerville
Our cranium just had a wool hat on for protection

Yes Hoge is an idiot
But still this is in line with what Warner and Simms have said.
Compared Maye to Malik Willis. Ugh

Have not heard anyone say this about Daniels.
Hoge, Simms, all these buffoons

We need somebody to dedicate a website to all the "experts," and list who they actually put their money on each year as who's going to be the best quarterbacks coming out. It's always such a fog of talk, and they say so freaking much it's impossible to remember

Like this year Simms rated his top six quarterbacks, let's see what the truth is in five years. It drives me crazy there's no accountability with these clowns year after year

Yep, no masks for our goalies either, just the caps, but we also used the orange balls much more often than the orange pucks, unless the playing surface was snow-covered…They also used regular hockey shin-guards as pads and a regular hockey glove as the blocker glove… Heck our goalies thought they were stylin’ & profilin’ with just those things on!

i took a few of those of the shins and ankles and calves and that's no fun either esp. when someone would tee that thing up....yikes !

i used my first baseman's mitt as a goalie glove.

Our Super blades would get so thin. We would then put a major curve in it
