The guy had a LOT of trouble holding onto the ball when he was used as a primary back a couple of years ago. They better hope he doesn't have to take over the lead role anytime during the year

Okay signing. Could’ve done much better but it’s alright.
who were you hoping for to fill the RB2 spot?

On his career he has a fumble like every 65 touches or so. IT AIN"T A LOAF OF BREAD SO SQUEEZE IT.

It’s fine but you could’ve acquired a really good RB if you were willing to pay with that 100 mil in cap space.

Gibson won’t be better than what we had with an old Zeke last season. Not much to get excited about.

It does not move any needle.

Not always about better. Gibson has a skill set that wasn't on our roster. You need complimentary pieces and guys who can attack different parts of the field from different positions. That's how you build a good offense that isn't easy to stop.

Zeke, like Stevenson, was/is a reliable pass catcher in terms of catching dumpoffs. Gibson, on the other hand, is someone that actually excels as a receiver in more creative ways. He adds variety to the offense.

Team still needs to re-sign or replace Zeke as a compliment to Stevenson, but Gibson is good in that receiving back role.

Seeing its a 3 year deal, cant find the numbers though

LOVE this move!
Been saying a major hidden need on this team is RB2. Gibson is a RB1b
Great signing for a 1-2 punch. He's very athletic, former WR, speedy but has power, versatile.
Wolf is nailing it so far.

Decent signing. So far they just making solid moves, nothing flashy.

This is a sneaky good signing. Love Gibson's receiving skills and is a big back at 6'0.3" 228lbs, 4.38 40 at Combine. Curious to see his contract numbers and cap impact. Not what I expected to see as the 1st Pats signing.

Dude is fast, especially at that weight (6'0.3" 220s). 10.83 100m in HS, and we prob all know his 40 by now. Last 20 almost as fast as Tyreek.

But can he block?

Oh nice the days of staying like 3 days without making a move in the Free agency are gone
