There was a team meeting where players were pleading with Josh to change his ways, but it quickly turned into a roasting of Josh. Josh had asked Pierce to speak on his behalf and Pierce started talking about Super Bowl 42. It was taken out of context and Pierce was just stating that they need to believe in themselves as they beat Goliath. Josh took him aside afterward and told him to not talk about the Pats like that.
