Homers if you all see a Positive regarding the Patriots take those Blinders off. Total Defense was with Judon and Gonzo who are both gone for the season sorry. Here is where we have No Chance PPG a measley 14 OCBOB should move on: his Offense is as innovative as BB's GM stint. Pass Offense the Commanders are ranked 12th Big problems for this Gonzo less Secondary with JC toast. This is getting embarrassing for the Patriots I'm going stop here.

Hard to scout this one before the trade deadline. Commanders might be trading some of their defensive players so who knows what things will look like.

Sam Howell yesterday against the Eagles: 39/52 397 yards 4 TD 1 INT 114 rating. Our old friend Brisket backs up Howell (for now). Nice bounce back from a poor game against the Giants. RB Brian Robinson Jr is a guy to watch on that offense.

Seen as how Washington traded thier two beast ends. The O-line should have an easier day with protection. However our defensive front has been great. Dotson is the chain mover for them. Howell I think is solid. The guy can put up numbers.. what offense are we going to see? The 29 points patriots or the 17 points patriots. ?

Yeah the commanders Traded their Pass Rush but know fully well they can Beat this Pathetic Patriots Team by scoring 20 points. Our laughable Defense Secondary is going to get exposed again. Commanders Three WR's are going to tear us a new one. One last thing Sam Howell > Mac Jones. Waiting for the Homers rebuttals...

Washington has a great defensive line. That's why they can compete with the Eagles and keep those games close. Problem is the Eagles know how to close out games and they sacked Howell at the end last week. By trading their top 2 linemen they weakened their strength. Plus defenders can't get that extra half a second on the road. Advantage Pats.
We will see if Tommy Hodson light can take advantage of this. Apparently Brown is hurt and Bourne is done for the season. Can Thornton run the correct routes? Will Corky try to improvise and throw gifts to the defensive backs?

We ain't paying him much but we'll get what we paid for absolutely nothing! Hope JC is saving a lot of that money he got from the Chargers he won't see anything in that zip code ever again. There's a knock of Patriots FA's like their Position Coaches around the league buyers beware. Dugger and especially fragile Josh Uche might not get as much as they think on the open market.

Jackson has always struggled against the fast and quick wrs. He is better against the more physical guys. Asking him to cover Hill or Waddle is pure desperation

I would have faith in this if the pats had a history this season of beating crap teams. We lost to the saints at home and to the raiders. We are the get right game for others not the other way around.

Wow Howell gets sacked a lot. 9 sacks against the Bills.... yikes. He's on NFL record pace.

Don't know that's more on him or the Commanders OL.

Interesting that the one game he gets decent protection, only sacked once, he goes off for 397 yards and 4 TDs!

Our DL really needs to make Howell eat some turf and feel the pressure or it's gonna be a long day!

For now I'm predicting we eke out a bounce back win at home. But Mac Jones and BB have disappointed me before, so who knows how this will shake out!

I think the Pats should be able to pull it off, IF they can get to Howell. Though, he did torch the much better Eagles pass rush this weekend (132 rtg vs blitz). Howell spread the ball to Dotson, Crowder, Thomas and Scary Terry (ea w/ a TD). Pats secondary allowing a 93 rating to QBs & a 98 rtg to WRs. Despite WAS secondary being atrocious, Pats can't let it become a shoot-out or it's over.

I'm just glad I'll be in Cartagena this weekend. Game being on Fox, there's no chance I'll be able to watch these two bad teams go at it.
