I don't see that he's been banned, but things got personal in another thread. Just my opinion, but the board needs as many posters as possible since things are getting stale in NE. There was already an exodus of posters after Tom left.

I had no problem with Crawlhammer, but Crawl had a hard time letting things go. Crawl was constantly arguing with Ian over pretty frivolous things.

I neither know nor care what the issue is here, but I think Ian does a stellar job at a virtually impossible task. This post is asinine.

I hold very conservative views, and I express them within what I take to be the ambit of such standards as a site such as this must impose, and without any trouble to this point. And If I ever do overstep, I will not mind anyone pointing that out. I'm not that fragile.

My biggest takeaway from that game is that the team has an issue at QB.

That’s it. Eight TD passes with 8 INTs so far this season. Not going to cut it.

And an INT on a careless throw in the red zone at the end of the half to potentially tie the score at 14 is particularly egregious.

Bill has always had problems vs the Shanahan scheme. He was 3-5 against Shanahan from 2001-2011. 0-1 vs his son, 1-1 vs McVay and 1-3 vs McDaniel.

The team speed on defense is really bad. By the way, Mapu has been awful this year. He's very slow reacting at the point of attack which started in the pre-season. People kept raving over his speed, but it's not there. He looks like Madden AI out there not reacting when the ball is snapped.

I think there should be a thread with screenshots of all banned offenses so we can judge, very calmly and fairly

I can understand calling a tic-tack PI on JC as he did it but the severity was questionable but that illegal motion non-call was an outright pre-snap infraction.

That's as basic as you can get.
