Steelers - Easiest schedule in football hands down

I;ve yet to see Brady risk his body to get extra yards.
Trust me, he has. Last year's Jacksonville game comes to mind. And the Bears game, when he faked Urlacher out of his jock.

You can keep Ben. He's good, but he's no Tom Brady.

According to Football Outsiders:

NE has played the 8th toughest schedule this season in terms of DVOA (average of 4.1% DVOA). The only teams who have played TOUGHER schedules this season are teams in our division (NYJ, Buff, Mia) and teams that have played the Pats (Cin, Philly, Wash, SD). If you take the Pats off of those other teams schedules (which is only fair, since the Pats can't play themselves), the Patriots have actually played one of the 3 toughest schedules in the NFL this year.

Pitt has played the 25th toughest schedule (average of -5.2% DVOA).

Bottom line: in weeks the Pats haven't been at their best (I'm thinking Indy, Philly, and Baltimore), we still got W's

In weeks the Steelers haven't been their best (Arizona, Denver for sure), they got L's

PATS OFFENSE is sputtering last two games.... steelers dominated their last high flying offensive team....

Pats offense over last two games:

Total yards vs. PHI: 410
Total yards vs. BAL: 326

That second game is only 6 yards behind the Steelers' AVERAGE. Boy is our offense sputtering!

I believe we put up 87 points on two teams you couldn't put 20 COMBINED points on.... AND you lost to the JETS, which by ANY count is more pathetic then ALMOST losing to anyone. :singing:

By the same token, we would have blown out the Ravens had it not been blowing 35 MPH and we had our normal passin attack going. Nice logic

You are a tool. No question about it.

You can't be serious, you have to be kidding me. You would take Ben "Pick"Burger over what will go down when his career is finished "the greatest QB to put on pads". Please stop fooling yourself. Mellon-head Roethlisberger will be good for 2 to 3 picks this Sunday. Brady is the most accurate passer to walk on the gridiron, he's going to chew up that secondary on Sunday, enjoy the festivities.

Is it me or does Ben's head seem to actually get larger every year?

He looks like he's holding his breath all the time.

I agree generally that it's amazing how well we have done on really "bad" days. 27-24 in Baltimore, versus 19-16 loss at the Jets for Pittsburgh or 21-14 loss in Arizona?

In some fairness to Pittsburgh, I would take out the yards from the Miami game when they played in a swamp ... even if it was against Miami.

From the Reaper
...your golden boy pocket Qb who's about as valuable as an ********* on one's elbow once the pocket collapses. Biggest F-ing pansy in the league once the pocket collapses. god forbid he risk a big hit outside the pocket to make a play like some other other QB's in this league.

Wow, I can tell you really watch the games!

You need only watch Monday's game to know how truly idiotic you sound.

Based upon the lack of quality QB's in the league, any quarterback who risks a "Big Hit" would have to have a brain about the size of....

BEN ROTHLESBURGER!

Nice of "The Reaper" to chime in with some original thoughts; all of us here are bandwagon fans, none of us were fans prior to 2001 (and your supporting facts are?..............), the Steeler teams of the 70's would beat the Patriots of today, talk to me when you have a real dynasty, we cheated, blah, blah, blah.

You are a tool, but I'm sure you know that already.

You effin Stooler fans are all alike, what a raging pack of losers clinging to "The glory years of the 70's" like grim death, pathetic...................
