Are you saying that Bill is at this point in time a successful GM who deserves to keep his job? If so, what evidence can you offer in the time frame from Brady's departure (or a year or so before) until now in support of this view?
The job in rebuilding from an unprecedented run is uncharted territory and the 3rd year is still part of a reasonable timeframe.
