Clear to me that the Cowboys are the more talented team. They have some inconsistency at their QB play. But they routinely score over 20 which, for the Patriots, is like the four minute mile before that skinny British guy. What’s his name? Roger something.

And the ‘Boys have a legit WR1 and the most disruptive defensive player since Belichick was DC for the Giants. Micah Parsons=Lawrence Taylor.

We’ve got to get a running game going, which should be easier than it was with the Jets. And BOB needs to be more aggressive in his play calling.

It is a winnable game. Esp if the rookies step up. And not just on defense. But Douglas and maybe even Boutte.

And Mafi or Strange at LG? I trust neither in pass protection right now. Thank goodness Lowe gives us strong play at RT. Finally.

We know that BB could coach with Lawrence Taylor. Can he coach against him/Parsons?

Good possibility Dallas is without their starting LT,C, and RG this week.

Micah Parsons to Tony Mafi: “Don’t mess with the bull, young man. You’ll get the horns.”

Mic’ed up, that would be epic.

I think we're about to see that Dallas is way too overrated.
They played the Giants & Jets - beat them both badly. But look at those teams.
In the same time we played Eagles & Fins - two of the best in the league. Cowboys just lost to the Cards, a sub-par team.
I think we have a good chance. I think we can hold them to around 20.
It's going to be all about how we move the offense. A defensive score would mean a win.

Pats are 6.5 point underdogs? Does that seem high? No respect for the defense?

This is a winnable game. The cowboys offense is good but not what it was in 2021. McCarthy is calling plays & cooks has been underwhelming so far.

Losing diggs for the year changes them defensively. 33 year old gilmore has been up and down and may not be able to be a cb1 anymore. Their front has always been susceptible to the run.

It’s reasonable to think the pats can score in the 20s & hold the cowboys in the 20s in this one. Steal a game for once!!
Why is it reasonable to think the pats can score in the 20's? What have you seen this year that gives you the idea that the pats will beat the cowboys? The cowboys are giving up 12.7 ppg, the pats are scoring 17.3....so that screams int the 20's?

Could mean nothing but both Cowboys big wins are on turf. The game they lost to Arizona was on grass. AT&T stadium is turf.

Brown, Andrews & Onwenu are all healthy. The cowboys lost their #1 CB and have played the giants, jets & cardinals.

Disagree on K Bourne based on what I call limited snaps as for the the rest...

We still have to put some points on the Board we cannot fall behind we have not been a come from behind Team. Also limit the Three and outs we have to be more creative and automatic on 3rd and Five or less. I want to see what OC BOB draw up this week we are playing a real QB and not a back-up. We have been very shaky against established QB's this should be a statement game.

I thought Mafi looked a lot better beside Mount Brown unlike the First rounder.

This game will depend on which Cowboys team that shows up. If it is the team that lost to the Cards, I like the Patriots' chances. If it is the team that crushed the Jets, not so much. Not sure why they were so vastly different between those games. But let's hope last week started a trend with them.

Cowbums with Prescott under center have performed much better at home than they have on the road, their week 1 win at the Vagiants notwithstanding. Mac & the offensive coaches better be trying to figure out a way to somehow score 27 points, because I don't think our defense will be able to hold them to < 24 down there.

The RBs & TEs are going to have to be vigilant in seeking then chipping Parsons if they're not the first read, on like every single play.
