This was a game where 2 teams were in similar positions and needed a W at all costs today.

I'm happy our guys were able to fight tooth and nail for the W. It wasnt really pretty..it was intense.. went on way too long but it feels SO good after the fact (reminds me of my first time scoring at the bar being hammered way back in my day).

I'll take it. Very much needed but alot of work to be done.

I am seriously getting Revis vibes with Gonzo. Not only did he shut down Wilson but he made it look easy. Didn't look like he was putting out 100% out there at any point.

He hooked his guy just a little on the overthrow at the goaline......he's physical, he's smart, he's got swag......not afraid to make hits

I'm not a PFF fan, but he's going to climb their ranks after today

Through three games, defense good, offense a bottom 10 unit. beat Dallas or Buffalo in the next few weeks, then we'll talk. until then we have a team that since 2019, can only beat backup qbs, Zach Wilson (who was both Zach Wilson AND a backup today),.or win games in a hurricane. not a formula success.
completely dominate a bad team and a really historically bad quarterback...and you're literally a few inches from losing on a Hail Mary.

I want Bourne, Boutte, and Douglas in there.

We've got more in Pharoah Brown than I was expecting.

Mac Jones was the fastest ball carrier last week, and this week, it's Pharaoh at 18.74mph (which makes sense because he was the only one to really run in space).

That being said, Deebo was the fastest in the 49ers game at 18.41mph, so maybe it doesn't matter too much.

As a woman, I agree. I’m fine with having male announcers. When I turned the game on I actually said “oh is that a woman announcer? Weird.”

Come on, the refs gifted the Jets a TD on DPI when they refused to call any blatant ones against us. The Pats were going up against the Jets, the Refs, and at the end, the announcers who were actively rooting for the Jets.

That’s because Zach Wilson is the down sydrome kid who gets to come in during the homecoming varsity game for an uncontested layup.

Getting in the win column feels nice no matter what.

Well we’re halfway there. We have the defense. Just need significant upgrades offensively. Im remaining patient with the rebuild. But the offense is probably going to cripple the **** out of us for this year.

You're being kind. They were not inconsistent. These refs sucked, period. They let the Jets defenders get away with DPI, illegal contact & holding throughout the game. The Pats last play from scrimmage (throw to Ju Ju with 2:00 to go) was illegal contact AND holding - without a flag.
