Former Patriot and NYJ and 01 run playoff hero and East Boston favorite Jermaine Wiggins has his Brockton Boxers off to an 0-3 start...let's hope his former coach doesn't pull off the same feat tomorrow!

If that Becton kid plays good on the switch from RT to LT that might be his new position.
Until his knee says “no mas” again. Could happen in any game. He has been underwhelming so far at RT.

Also….*plays WELL.

IF that's the case the Patriots should get the elusive "lead" tomorrow.

Recipe for losing even against the Jets they will more than see it coming. Jets Defense > Miami's Defense.
Miami defense is like a bunch of PS players compared to the jets. Where you can attack the jets is with the TEs and screen passes.

We aren't getting the tropical storm/depression, but there could be some heavy rains nonetheless.

He hasn’t been good at RT, I doubt he will light it up as a LT. And then when he goes over to LT, whoever replaces his poor production at RT will be even worse. Judon-Uche-White powers, activate!

This is definitely the earliest Must Win game for the Patriots in the Belichick era. Starting 0-3 going into Dallas is straight up “everything is in play” regarding what happens this upcoming offseason.
Insert 0-2 in the division as well

if they manage to lose tomorrow the wheels are going to come off the wagon. 98.5 already reported they had players only meetings.
a loss tomorrow and this team is going to tune out the HC of the NEP if they haven't already.

While the Jets have the edge at home and a good defense, I will still be shocked if they manage to lose to a Zack Wilson led team. This a must win game for a few reasons: a divisional game and an AFC game. With a loss, they would be 0-2 in the division, 0-2 in the AFC and 0-3 on the season going to Dallas.

The winner of tomorrow’s game comes from who runs the ball better and who turns over the ball less.

The players hate their coach? Retread statement. The last time the players hated their coach the team won the Super Bowl. You might be a bit out of touch with your insight.

I suspect this will be the game where the "toys" will fly should we lose. I am doubtless in a minority when I talk about eyeing up a very high draft pick this year, especially when we appear to have hit on a few draft picks already. (10th is the highest we have picked since Richard Seymour) I can only shudder, though, to endure what it would take to get it. I.E. 10 plus losses. Its tough sledding on here when we win 12 games in a season.

I would assume Belichick is going to stop the run and force Wilson to make throws. If the Jets win with a backup quarterback, it will say a lot.

This is from the article I linked to:

Huge Patriots vs. Jets preview

"Thus far, the Patriots defense has been an absolute nightmare for Wilson. In four starts against New England, he’s 0-4, completing 50.94% of his passes, and he’s thrown two touchdowns and seven interceptions. That’s good for a passer rating of 50.6. Last season at MetLife Stadium, Jets fans gave Wilson an ovation for simply throwing a pass out of bounds because he’d been forcing the issue so badly."

If I were the Jete, I would run the **** outta my RBs...All of them. I would run the ball until the Pats defense proves that they can consistently shut it down. Why in the world would they allow Punky to throw it at all if they don't have to?
