Two second pass protection with no run blocking is no way to get through an NFL season.

Here we go, lol. HE limits the offense?? Jesus, this is so tiresome for the BB apologetics. HE isn’t limiting the offense….the TRASH around him IS. I can’t help the fact you can’t see that.

Ehhh you would be the only one calling me a BB apologist.

LOL! You have been using that line over and over again thinking you are clever. You respond to "my b*tch". I really do live rent free in your head.

Serious question. How old are you? Twelve or thirteen. Seriously. Not joking. That is how old you act.
You got the OC you've been clamoring for and now when things still aren't coming together you're talking about dropping Belichick while fawning over how "beautiful" Mac's incomplete pass was to Bourne.

If you're really going to get that worked up over calling you out on it then you're exactly the type of "grown man" the ignore button was made for. When it all becomes too much for you to handle, just click it.

stop blaming "breaks". the Patriots have 23 points in SIX quarters at HOME...the offense is terrible and the idiot putting together the team assembled a cadre of jags, has beens, and never will be's...unless something changes, we're looking at another season of crap
To a brain dead savant like yourself, you pissing on your toes this morning was Bill's fault. Normally you're an idiot. Now you are just being derivative and boring.

By now more than half the board has you on ignore. The other half, like myself, just don't care enough to push the button

Everyone says it isn't on Mac but what people are saying when they say that is he wasn't completely horrible and didn't single handedly blow the game but he doesn't win games for you. He's averaging about 5 yards a completion and has 3 points on the board.

That's not a good thing when the biggest compliment you can give your quarterback is he doesn't throw games away like Zach Wilson.

There's becoming a clear track record that Mac Jones doesn't beat playoff teams, doesn't win games when the other team scores 25 points and doesn't deliver in the clutch.

That's not opinion, that's just pure undeniable fact.

But is that on Mac? He isn't calling the plays. Not all these quick screens or short passes are audibles or checkdowns. These are plays being called by design. And is it because of Mac or because the offensive line is putrid? The Patriots had 2.3 YPC on the run because the o-line cannot block for the run or the pass.

If Mac had time to throw and all he was throwing quick screens and three yard passes, then maybe you have a point.

Dude, it's Week 2 of the season and through the first half, so they've played 1.5 games so far. If the story is the same by Week 18, then I guess we'll have an interesting discussion. But you're writing off everything based on just over 6% of the season. Unlike last year, I feel like they'll absolutely get better as the year goes along. And fortunately, a lot of good teams have had bad starts. Conference remains fairly open.

down 2 tds, they cannot give up points here. they need to get this to 17-10 to have any effing chance

Yawn: "We gotta coach better, play better"

"If I traded 3 first round picks for Hill you'd be asking me why we don't have any draft picks for the defensive side"

Yawn! Bored with you now. When you decide to grow up and act like an adult, maybe we can have a discussion.

And I don't need an ignore button to ignore you. I am an adult.

When the line breaks so frequently , can't help in run game and your receivers fumble and drop passes, blame the QB.

It's not just losing 17-3 at home on MNF vs a division rival. It's not just staring an 0-2 start in the face to start the season with both games at home. It's not even just the compilation/continuation of the mistakes and poor level of play we've seen the last 3+ years. It's the eye test.

Everything looks so difficult, slow and deliberate on offense relative to the true top end offenses in the league. The Pats have to try so hard just to cross the 50, and when they do you know a mental mistake or run play for negative yardage is likely upcoming. The defense has made a habit of being exposed vs great offenses as well. Boogie men, more like paper tigers. That DNA still runs through the defense.

If this is what we see all season there is no way in hell I can imagine Kraft letting Bill run it back AGAIN. It actually started going downhill in Brady's last season with refusing to bring in elite talent on offense. He is who he is and nothing is changing.

Got paged for a work issue so missed most of the second quarter. Maybe that’s for the best lol. Sigh …

It’s just not a talented offense at all.
We desperately need a TE that can block. Running a 12 personnel with our two non blocking TEs severely limits our running attack.

Esp with these tackles we have.

Is Mapu going to make a play?

longest play 12 yards...the result of a coach stuck in 1993 offense picking the players
