Doubt Zappe will be picked up by anyone else anyway. He's a good bet to be re-signed to the active roster once we put guys on I/R tomorrow/Thurs.

Kudos to those who called it in the (now other) thread. I never thought they would release him this soon, even though he definitely didn’t look good in the preseason games this year. I assume he’s PS if no one picks him up, but I’d be stunned if no one picked him up. He won 2 games as a rookie last year, someone will take a chance.

IMO, this is good news....it likely means we are keeping a lot of our fringe WR/DB/LB/STers..... and we will likely be I/Ring 4-5 guys, IMO.
