I'll sleep like a baby tonight after the Bills loss. Now hopefully the Chiefs lose next week.

In that case then you're gonna need some Benedryl to help you sleep next week.

For all of the duller-witted among us who wanted Barfalo to lose, consider this:

Stoke wanted them to lose too.

And you agreed with him.

Happy now?

Of course, some of you same rubes would've also wanted Kansass Sh!tty to defeat the Billdos even if they had somehow found their way past Cincinnati anyway, because... Why, exactly, again?
Anybody but the Chiefs is my way of thinking. And the Bengals making it past the Bills should be seen as a positive, considering they’re the one team the Chiefs can’t seem to solve. I like the Bengals’ chances against a hobbled up Mahomes.

This was a bad loss for the Bills. They need to do a better job building around Allen and Diggs. The good defenses will make the supporting cast beat them, but the Bills players couldn't do it. Defense also has too many pedestrians and not enough impact players.
I suspect McDermott is one of those coaches who have a very short shelf life.

Considering that Mahomes will be playing on one leg, I'd give the Bengals a decent shot.

Cincy 1 pt underdogs, so basically a coin flip but they can play up the “respect” card of being dogs against a team they’ve beaten 3 straight times. KC fans must be talking really big right now out of fear.

Replying for the Captain, it just seems that, from the stuff I read and hear, McDermott is the kind of coach who wears on people. Heavily. For example, he tends to blame the parts of the team he hasn't been as heavily involved with for problems, as well as refusing to accept any responsibility for failings.

Don't believe a word of the bullcrap that the Chiefs are gonna put out about Mahomes being fine, less severe than feared, getting better every day, etc. It's all lies. We've seen it before here. High Ankle as bad as that was impacting Mahomes doesn't get better without a solid month of treatment. And he NEEDS that added dimension of escaping the pocket and making circus plays. Brady had a less severe high ankle in the 2007 AFCCG, had two weeks off, and was a statue in the Super Bowl. Thankfully as the best pocket passer of all time he nearly made it work. That's not Mahomes.

And Gronk in the 2011 AFCCG...came back in the game looked fine. Looked fine in the lockeroom postgame. That was when he said "Yo Soy Fiesta". Then we had two weeks of optimistic rumors and reports. It was all lies, he was a shell of himself.

And the Bengals have got the guys who can pressure him.

Maybe, but I'm sure they'll work around it.
Pacheco has become a good RB for them they can always run the ball

Guess bills always going to choke
The Bills record of losing 4 Superbowls in a row may be the most enduring record of shame in football history: it happens on average only once every 32,768 seasons...

What poise, Joe Burrow. It oozes from the guy. “Never met anyone like him in my life,” said his center, Ted Karras. “His general attitude, his energy, his killer instinct—and the fact he puts the ball right in people’s hands.”

Interesting. Karras had a teammate named Tom Brady for four years in New England.

Idk. He’s been HC there six years. But you might be right. Beane and the Pegulas might be unhappy with him.

I read people say the Bills window might have closed yesterday. Didn’t agree because they still have Allen but it looks like they have a lot of defensive FA’s to resign and not much cap room.

Pats have cap room. Lots of opportunities to upgrade at their expense. Edmunds would be a huge upgrade here.

49ers for me. I want Kittle to have as many SBs as Kelce.
Kyle Shanahan is a really good Coach too. I always liked John Lynch.

The 49ers, Bengals, and Chiefs are all acceptable answers for me.
