It's a well known principle that as a defender (Gabe Davis) you don't try to intercept a hail mary like that if the ball is going to land on the ground anyway, since it could bounce off your hands. These broadcasters, wtf.

Nah if he ran out of bounds they would have had probably 10 seconds left, they could've tried for one quick out to the sidelines.

Overall a surprisingly clean half of play. The Bills hung on when the game could have gotten away from them. But a questionable call (which i THINK was right under the current rules... but could have been called either way) kept their hopes alive. I'll say what I said before. This may be a game where the first big mistake loses the game. I expect the Bills to make a run and the Bengals to keep scoring some points. As the game gets later and later, and the game turns into a 1 score game (which i think will happen) it will be all about what team coughs it up first. And someone IS going to. Make that bet online. We aren't getting out of here without a turn over in these conditions. Already had a few missed ones.

He never had control while in bounds and he only gained control over it once out of bounds. It was clearly not a catch
