Having to find a QB who can do things the (admittedly declining) Brady couldn't do? With a huge hole in the cap due to deferring Brady's salary hits? Sounds like a recipe for failure. If the report of Leftwhich being fired is true I expect O’Brian to be interviewing tomorrow.
I brought up the Saints with Payton and Gronk weeks ago and the 49ers are looking a lot less likely at this point. Not sure Payton wants to return to New Orleans though.Brady to the Saints with Payton & Gronk should be his #1 option since the 49ers just seem so unlikely at this point.

I'm assuming Brady won't want to be back in Tampa. Clearly their window is closing. Clearly he could not get onto the same page with his WRs. The OL and RBs are lacking. It's the place where his marriage fell apart. I think he'll want to put all of that in the rear view mirror and get into a new situation.I’m assuming it’ll be because Brady stays. Not if he leaves.
Look I’m not totally dumb, Brady’s in visible decline. His elite days are over. But with a competent coach and great roster can he be a top 10 QB? I mean have you looked at the league and especially the NFC? Obviously yes.

Could be, but the fact remains is everyone there is a year older and their window is closing. It's hard for me to see them improving next year.Maybe he likes his teammates there though.

Miami also with Payton and Gronk would be ideal however it doesn't look like McDaniel is getting fired and they'll probably stick with Tua if he's healthy.
The Raiders with McDaniels and Gronk seems like the most likely spot. And it's not a bad spot to land. Adams. Gronk and Waller at TE! Holy sh*t!
Brady probably retires if any of the above three options don't come together.
In my opinion it will be either the Raiders or the Bucs.Don’t forget the leagues leading rusher and Hunter Renfrow, they lost 7 games by 7 points or less and Waller/Renfrow missed half the season
Boy were we in a different place. I picked the Bucs as the lowest scoring team this weekend in spite of multiple teams playing without their QBs. At first I thought that I had made a big mistake not taking the Ratbirds, but I was wrong and I won the bet.Let's see if I nail this...
Bucs 29
Cowboys 27
Why wouldn’t it be a good fit? It is the same offense he ran for 20 years in NE except with Adams, Waller, renfrow (as is Welker/Edelman), Jacobs and probably Gronk.I don’t think I really want to see him in Vegas as I don’t think that would be a great fit for him either although who knows maybe he thinks McDaniels is a good head coach.
Denis Allen is staying as the Saints HC next year.I also doubt that Payton goes back to the Saints so I would doubt that Brady ends up there but I can definitely see him going to whatever team signs Payton assuming there is not already an established quarterback on that team.
He was still a top 10 QB this year even though he was on a bad team overall that would have been 5 and 12 with any other QB outside the top 5.I just want him to retire. He can still play but he's 46 guys just hang it up.

If Brady goes there, the only thing Ziegler and Josh have to worry about is the defense.

He was more inaccurate than any year I've seen and even though he's still better than alot of QBs I just don't see the need to continue to go down this way unless you end up on the 49ers. LV has no OL and that's a problem. Miami would be fools to not pick up Tua's 5th year despite new age medias attempt to retire him.He was still a top 10 QB this year even though he was on a bad team overall that would have been 5 and 12 with any other QB outside the top 5.
I vote 1 more year but the team needs to be much better.
