From The Athletic:

Gary Kubiak

The 61-year-old most recently served as the Vikings’ offensive coordinator in 2020 before stepping aside in 2021 as his son, Klint, ran the Vikings offense and Kubiak served as an adviser to Mike Zimmer, then the team’s head coach. Zimmer, who like Belichick is a defense-first, no-nonsense Bill Parcells disciple, called that time with Kubiak some of the most rewarding of his entire career. Though Kubiak has ruled out becoming an NFL head coach again, he may be open to a return to the league in a different role. Kubiak won a Super Bowl as head coach of the Broncos (after beating the Patriots in the AFC title game). If Belichick wants to run the wide-zone offense that’s so popular around the league, Kubiak would be an ideal candidate. His mentor was Mike Shanahan, and in return, Kubiak mentored Kyle Shanahan, whose zone-rushing scheme has been so successful.

Would Kubiak be willing to put in the hours that would be needed, to do the job optimally?

Everything every written about Belichick from people who actually are aware of how he operates and have seen it first hand indicates he teaches everyone around him at every opportunity.
I think we should demand film of Belichick showing how he shares "everything" and is wide "open" with his subordinates. Seems only fair since written reports by 2nd hand ppl aren't reliable. Show us the proof that Bill is actual wide open about sharing everything.

Looks like Andy is now demanding that people prove their points by providing to him actual interviews a/o film.

He must've received a promotion while he was gone and requires his staff to prove everything they say. Can you imagine having Andy as your supervisor. Poor bastards.
What are talking about?

If we changed to a new offense then there would be film of the plays, concepts, formations, schemes that we use now that we never did before.
There are 17 games of film that prove this.
I see almost nothing in those 17 games that would prove that argument so anyone who disagrees with me ought to be able to show the plays.

I could not give 2 ****s about interviews. I could not care less what someone’s opinion of something is when there is literal proof right in front of you.

Yep. I think the obsessive focus on "doing your job" actually inhibits his underlings from cultivating the skills needed to move on to the NEXT job.

Man it really annoys you that every time we disagree I turn out right doesn’t it.
It must be hard in you being so defensive, meager and bumbling. I forgive you for your annoying lashing out at me, because it must be hard to be you.

I do hear that. Evidently, given the dismal record of his guys as head coaches, there is room for doubt as to just how effective all that delightful "sharing" actually is.
Not really the point though is it.

All of which would be provable on tape. But you can’t produce that, because it doesn’t exist.
So you choose to insult the person who is correct rather than accept you are wrong, or offer legitimate proof.

Someone saying something that is verifiable then not being able to verify it is a losers argument.

By the way your articles are from June 2 and august.
And your “proof” is Tom Currans opinion which you are incapable of validating.
The articles are from the summer because that’s when the new offence was implemented. It’s also when Kendrick Bourne confirmed that they were learning a new offence. Curran’s current comments are that hey went back to old offence because the new one wasn’t working. Not rocket science Casserly. I’ll trust players on the team before you. Asking for film is a joke Casserly, go do film review yourself if that’s what you want.

But there is film and analysis by Lazard during the 1st 3 games saying this. You should watch it.

Does he want video proof of chit ? For real?

FWIW:

Mayo: Assistant HC
Patricia back upstairs to the same role he had in 2021
Judge: ST (coach?)
Achford: Assistant ST coach
Caley gone

Not w/o Rooney rule interviews so I suspect nyet.
yeah I mean the rooney rule is a joke, you get some people of color for a formal interview just to choose the one (inhouse) guy you anyway wanted, its disrespectful and waste of time and money to all involved just for NYFL pretend some fairness, they should rather focus to solve the zebra problem which is obvious to anyone but Goodell and his Clownshow in NY

So they didn’t run a new offense?
I’m not asking you to trust anyone. I’m telling you what happened on the football field which you can view for yourself and encouraging you to point out to me where you think I am wrong.

For some reason your response is to call me the name of someone who knows more about football than you is thinking it’s some kind of burn. Sad.

Still on this kick.
You have made this accusation numerous times and failed to come up with a single possible motivation or a single example of the patriots shirking the Rooney rule.

Maybe, but can't just give him the DC title w/o following it, so I suspect he remains w/o the title.

No there isn’t.
Sure there is. You asked for film analysis of the changes in the offense and when directed on where to find it, you simply ignore it. Why should anyone be surprised by tactic #69 in Andy's Manual of Discourse Deflection Tactics.
