Its a demotion for him, not for Brady

With a demotion...he still gets paid by the Cardinals with no off-set.

But a moot point nonetheless...who the hell would move from sunny Arizona to cold Foxborough? (Did you see his crib during the 2020 draft? Oh...he also has an insanely hot gf too.....)

I’m at work dealing with this FAA nonsense….any updates/rumors to keep me going?

I think we can all expect Patricia to be relocate and locked in Ernie Adams old office after this year.

After the Kingburry news, Who do you think is the best option for the Pats ?

Thinking outside the box - Dan Pitcher, Bengals QB coach. Young, helped Dalton and Burrow, went to SUNY Cortlandt so he probably knows physiology pretty well.

Let's be clear.

I haven't a clue who will be running the Offense.

"Anyone Bill would bging in to replace Patricia as OL coach and at OC" is my choice.

It is critical that Bill trusts the new OC. It is critical that the OL coaching gets sorting out. My choice of names matters little.
================
If Bill wants to keep Patricia as an Assistant Coach, or an advisor to the Coach, fine.

A lot of posters are taking like BOB is a lock here but are we sure he wants to comeback here?

On WEEI they were taking that BOB was gonna take the Bucs OC job if Leftwich was hired by the Jaguars last year. Apparently is a close friend of Jason Licht and could be a good way for the Bucs to keep Brady if they want to

Relax. No freakin' way that Matt Patricia is calling plays next year and coaching O-line

The news about Pats staff coaching at the East-West shrine doesn't necessarily mean they won't make changes in coordinator positions - as the dictates of coaching that game states. It's just how sneaky BB is. He technically doesn't have a OC or DC!! They can do whatever with guys listed as OL coach, or advisor, or QB coach... Hilarious.

To start they could bring back Popovich to coach OL - he was the heir apparent to Scar, and left due to vaxx mandates.
But all that shouldn't matter anymore.
Then they can promote MP to be the warden of the doghouse that he loves so much... population 1.

Simon Charles is usually spot on. He is well connected. For those of you who are unfamiliar with him, I will just go ahead and share his Twitter bio:

Let's hope cooler heads prevail and MJ changes his mind on this one.

IF this is true, this is music to my ears.

BB may be stubborn, but he's not stupid. Time to reinforce the coaching ranks. CLEAN HOUSE on offense and special teams! Get a competent OC with credentials. Get an OL coach who can whip that line into shape. Get a ST coach who won't give up two KR touchdowns! Get a QB coach who isn't as incompetent as Joe Judge.

The 2022 Patriots team was one of the worst coached, shoot themselves in the foot, low situational IQ Patriots teams I've seen in a long time! That needs to change starting with this offseason and revamp of the coaching staff.

I am glad that Belichick is willing to admit he was wrong and move on from Patricia at OC. Let's hope he picks the right guy for the next play caller because we are now on ac Jones' third OC and offense in three years. Whether he is the best OC candidate, I think O'Brien is the best OC for this team. Going back to closer to the McDaniels' offense and possibly with some Bama wrinkles would be the best to make sure the current personnel succeed.

You can hope that I hope Mac is traded for a third round pick.
