It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Saints would be interesting with Payton, and Dennis Allen reverting back to DC. They're a heated Bucs rival, but if he goes there, the Bucs should realize they let Brady down this year (coaching wise... injuries are just bad luck). Plus it's not like he was there for long enough to make it on par with going from Patriots to Jets, for example. He brought them a ring, records, and 3 playoff appearances.Schefter basically saying that McVay gonna get a media gig. So the Rams are done.
Brady needs to stay in the NFC. Bucs or Saints or 49ers.

Michael Thomas is a huge question mark for the Saints though. Maybe Devante Adams requests a trade in the off-season and the Saints send over Thomas + a draft pick.
I wonder if the Dolphins can get Payton, MT, Brady?MT is getting released they just reworked the contract and still NO has no money for Brady I have no idea why people think they can clear 50 mill to get to even than let alone 20+ after
that was my first thought as well. 2005, 2007, 2008 were the big ones I remember where Manning barely played in the final week/2 weeksI don't think I have ever seen it work. Used to kills the Colts every year during the Manning years.
49ers or Saints would be the best because it keeps Brady in the NFC but the Saints seem iffy with cap space, MT leaving and Kamara probably getting suspended for a while
The Indiots came pretty close to having their tanking work in 2009. They skipped their attempt at a perfect season and tanked the last two games to help the Jets win and get into the playoffs ahead of the Steelers, who, like the Pats, had Indy's number. They could have won the SB if not for the pick 6 that ended the "come from ahead win" for the Saints.I don't think I have ever seen it work. Used to kills the Colts every year during the Manning years.
PEDton was the opposite of Eli. He was great during the regular season and gagged up furballs in the playoffs. You don't have 9 (no really, 9) one and done playoffs if you're a clutch QB.that was my first thought as well. 2005, 2007, 2008 were the big ones I remember where Manning barely played in the final week/2 weeks
2005 Colts were 8.5 favorites over the Steelers and lost
2007 Colts were 11.0 point favorites over Chargers and lost
2008 Colts were 11.0 point favorites over Chargers and lost
I've come around to that train of thought too. Their core is still signed for one more year and still in their prime. Just need a better offensive coordinator and less bone headed decisions from Bowles.Well, path of least resistance is staying in Tampa.
How precisely is that gonna happen?I've come around to that train of thought too. Their core is still signed for one more year and still in their prime. Just need a better offensive coordinator and less bone headed decisions from Bowles.

Bowles leopard changes his spots somehow? Not gonna happen.
Bowels & Leftwich fired? Rooney folks go ballistic.
That's the real question. There is no denying that Bowles at the very least is a very good and creative DC.Well is the issue Bowles or Leftwhich?
A lot of starters ruled out already.Question: is Tampa resting players vs. Atlanta today?

I think they play a half and that's it
