Jets need a QB. Would BB dare trade one of ours to them?

White has been ok, and he's going against a decent defense.
He's a sophomore without a ton of Practice or gametime.

You can't hit anyone up high. And Allen is a clear & obvious runner on those plays where he hurdles people -- it's not like he's in the pocket which is where the refs treat QBs more delicately. Defenders are approaching those Allen runs no differently than if he were a big WR or athletic TE.

Officials absolutely treat QBs more delicately than TEs, etc., and you can see guys stop and just lower their shoulders and try and wrap him up, which he's figured out and he's started leaping over them.

You're not seeing guys go in with a shoulder the same way as other players because they're afraid of getting flagged. It's just getting a little bit ridiculous.

Jets also have a 12th man this week - rain. Bills receivers have been having a tough time catching the football so far and the weather has definitely played a part.

The big difference here is the Bills are not bothering with their short passing game. They are looking exclusively downfield. The Jets have the LBs to shut that game down, as we saw early with Diggs' 4 yard reception.

The Bills don't have the receivers downfield to hurt anyone once you double Diggs. Gabriel Davis sucks. He was bad against us as well.

This is how you play Buffalo.

And it all comes down to LBs who have speed and can cover. The Bills did anything they wanted to us with their short game. This is why McKenzie is an All-Pro against us and no one else.

The guy who hammered the WR on that play where Mike White took a hit was Tremaine Edmunds. He was 25 yards downfield at speed.

He's the LB we need here in New England, and he's an FA who will NOT see the franchise tag.
