Bill Belichick: Highest Paid Coach in North American Sports at $20m per

Bill is an all time great coach and Tom Brady is the greatest QB of all time.
Bill and Tom benefited a lot from being able to work together. It was a perfect pairing.

Those two statements are not contradictory.

Right.

Bob paying BB $20m is irrelevant because he is paying to dollar for a top head coach. Hes doing the best he can to procure top talent.

Now, if Bob made it a policy to be a cheapskate and pay head coaches the lowest in the game and miss out on top coaches then it is our proverbial business.
PAYING COACHES
We know that Kraft pays the most for HC.

Please compare what he spends of the rest of the coaching staff, compared with other teams. Obviously, he sets a record for the pay of coordinators.

Hey, I guess anybody couldve went into KC and scored 37 while the defense let up 31 points in a half! Easy peasy! You start the season in the super bowl around here!

Brady was saved in that AFCCG by Dee Ford...let's not kid ourselves

Remember the time Brady said, "I really sucked tonight" right after we won an AFCCG? It goes both ways. There are plenty of examples of the defense showing out.

Are you asking me to state something in addition or are you being rhetorical?

What you arent grasping is that one game doesnt correlate to the credit...We have seen they can beat anybody with anything on any given night...Unfortunately over a 16/17 game season and multiple playoff games, the talent weighs out...The success drop off is astounding

Funny that you'd post that picture. I was watching the boob tube the other day with my wife and an add came on with her that showed her whole body, not just what we normally see of her, like in that pic. She has an extremely unattractive lower half. Is Rodgers dating her?
Not to my knowledge, no. It became a thing a while back that as soon as Rodgers is mentioned in a thread, @RobertWeathers or I post Lily. I don't know when it started, but it's been a couple years. There's was a thread that was about Rodgers off the field life I think, (or it de-evolved into one) and it was all pretty girls. Lily just became a thing.

Watch your mouth on dissing her lower half.

Don't forget Vinatieri, probably the most important player in the 2001 super bowl run
I just did D. At a glance i'd say there are ~10ish or so players on the roster influenced by Tuna.

Yea I really don't recall either how Vantrub became a diversion when anyone brings up AR. She's cute and funny and far more interesting than that wacko AR.

Yep.

LDEBobby Hamilton- Bill/Tuna NYJ
LDTBrandon Mitchell- Notorious BIG
RDTAnthony Pleasant- BB
RDERichard Seymour-BB
LLBMike Vrabel- BB
MLBTedy Bruschi- Tuna
RLBRoman Phifer- Tuna/BB NYJ
LCBTy Law*- Tuna
RCBOtis Smith- Tuna/BB NYJ
SSLawyer Milloy*- Tuna
FSTebucky Jones- Notorious BIG

Not sure where you got that, but it left off Willie McGinest who was the other DE. Seymour was a DT and was tried at NT very early in the 2001 season. Then it was funny how the Pro Bowl voting refused to put him at DE after they switched to a 3-4 in 2003.

Also left off Ted Johnson who was still the starting MLB.

I just went by ProFootRef starters in the SB.

You are 100% correct with those two but they were not starters in the SB.

Marty Moore was also on the 01 team.

that was a 37 point play, I agree

He threw what would have been a game ending interception and got saved because a guy decided to line up in the nuetral zone instead of a foot back.

Only Brady could score more than 3 points against the Rams! Only Brady.

Heck, the Patriots played 3 of the top 10 offenses in NFL history in Super Bowls. They gave up a total of 40 points combined for all 3 games.

I gotta admit that INT during their opening drive, when Edelman was open in the slot for at least 6/7 yards on first down, was a terrible, Terrible decision... Brady & McD got greedy beyond reason there... The matriculation was going perfectly fine before that...

We also would've scored another 6 points if we had even a league-average Place-Kicker.

Some people take more pleasure in looking for flaws than to appreciate what there is to offer; exhibit A, last several pages of posts.

Milana is incredible.

So what youre saying is he didnt throw a game ending interception and the offense scored 37 points?
