Fire Bill and make Tom the HC like Saturday for the Colts... I kid sort of.

Bill is going to lose this team, you can't expect guys to put everything on the line including their health and to do their job while you don't do yours and just hire your kids and friends to do jobs they aren't qualified to do.

Players aren't stupid, Mac Jones had better coaching in college than he's getting now.

I’m sure Matt brings alot of good insight but calling offensive plays and getting an offensive in rhythm and making adjustments on the fly isn’t for everyone.
Bills have a real one in Dorsey I loved the way he called the game.

Post of the year it's real hard to Defend Wac Jones.
LOL, should be fun to hear all the people who hate Mac screaming about Patricia if he remains the coordinator next season if Zappe is starting and they're losing games like this...good times.

Why not let Mac call his own plays?
I’m sure he can’t be much worse?

Patricia wears a pencil behind his ear to look smart. He doesn’t have insight.

Any pause or any indication about that converation, that sort of thing. His demeanor, etc. That's about all we're going to get, so it's sort of all you can look for.
That’s fair. Mac’s frustration may bleed in.

You shouldn't, look what he's doing in LV.
Nope McDaniels know situational football and knew how to get his team into rhythm as a coordinator. He's probably a bad HC, though LV is a pretty bad team talent wise. They have like 5 really talented players, and then a bunch of junk right after that. However, it's pretty indisputable that he was worth thousand whatever Patricia is as an OC.

He knew what an offense needed to get it going, when to tighten the reigns, when to loosen them, how to get them in a consistent rhythm, how to dictate game tempo, how to gameplan and attack weaknesses, and didn't screw up situational football. We were always money in end of half offensive drives. We didn't waste two timeouts because we called dumb plays

Trade Mac to the Packers so he can enjoy football again

Our team stinks right now. Plenty of time to salvage the season, but it's looking bleak.

I wonder what mental gymnastics our boy JMC will do to convince himself the team is elite.

That’s fair. Mac’s frustration may bleed in.
He's not the best when it comes to not saying something "I deserve it (the opportunity to earn the starting role)" , "false realities (other guys being open on the opposite side of the field)", etc.

That was a complete and UTTER embarrassment of an offensive performance.

If the Patriots offense was a dog, it would be taken out back and SHOT!

I've had enough of the 'pretend it's good when it's really a steaming pile of dog crap!'

Let's just be honest for once and call a TURD a TURD! :poop:

Matt Patricia and Mac Jones are pooping on our plates and calling it Filet Mignon, but I can smell the STINK of losing from here! INEXCUSABLE!

It's time for CHANGES BB! Now what are you gonna do about it?

the blame pie is largely on the coaches and Kraft. I do not place much blame on Jones. bill the gm has surrounded him with far inferior talent to what he had in college. this is an indictment on bill. been saying the game has past him bye since he refused to challenge an obvious horrible spot on James White in the Denver game the corona year bill looks lost

Bill hasn't lost the room, he's lost his mind.
How mental do you have to be to keep Matt calling plays. But maybe the scheme is BB's. And it's old and stale.
They don't risk a darn thing, they wait until 4th qtr out of the game until they go 2min offense.
It seems like no one believed tonight. I do wonder if tonight killed the season - in the hearts of the players.
The offense hasn't been very good for 4 years in a row. The offense was terrible Brady's last year, then there was the Cam Newton year and now we're in the Mac Jones Matt Patricia era and it's been ugly.

I am going to stop trashing Matt Patricia, the offensive coordinator. for a second. Can we trash Matt Patricia, the offensive line coach?

There were MANY on this board who completely saw this coming after the draft but also when BB stubbornly refused to get experienced coaches and insisted on strange draft picks.
Some of the moderators on this board will dish out negative comments to anyone who dares to question "in Bill we trust" and even go so far as to censor critical opinions of the team. There are even homers who launch personal insults against anyone who does not have blind faith in the Patriots organization and dares to criticize the "infallible coaches"

Tonight was simply a confirmation of what was clear as early as March.
It is time to blow it up and yes even bring in a new coaching and player evaluation staff.

To any homers or mods who plan on launching the inevitable irrational insults.....get yourself some help.

At Least we know we have no shot at the Playoffs now just tank the rest of the way.

Jones should be tied with the receivers on that list.

That line completely sucks there is no way around it. Even if you had Zappe in there. NO QB would be able to get a rhythm behind that line. I believe Jones should shoulder some of the blame. But the coaching staff should get most of it. Patricia is an inadequate coach point blank. How are you gonna give a 2nd year QB a coordinator that knows nothing about NFL offenses. Like really, what are we doing here.

Honestly tired of hearing about Zappe as well. I do not feel he would of done any better especially with that joke of an offensive line. Fans do this all the time with the backup QB. Fans loving fallen in love with the great unknown. Until reality sets in and realize sometimes there are reasons some QBs are backups.
Jones and the receivers are about the same level. Some bright flashes, but still inconsistencies.

Here's the ultimate issue, Patricia sucks SO MUCH that I'm now convinced if he drafted Josh Allen, we would be perpetually stuck in year 2 version of Josh Allen who was on the verge of losing his job and ultimately would be giving up on him as well. Aside from the offensive line which is objectively a mess, I don't even know how much I can fairly put on the skill players because the OC is just too inept to think they have any shot at suceeding.
