Another easy win as this team marches toward Lombardi #7 without resistance.

Lots of teams about to get reacquainted with Bill Belichick's balls, as he prepares to dunk those big beautiful nuts all over them.

It'll be good to have MJ back this week so we can witness this team's passing attack again. The passing game has been on a 2 week hiatus.
Don’t stop.

Rest Mac for the Super Bowl.

Must be agonizing for cornerbacks to watch film on Jakobi all week and be like “I can cover this dude, he’s no athlete” and then give up 100 yards on Sunday anyway.
I don't know what exactly it is he's doing differently but he seems to be getting exceptionally open this year. He was always good at getting open but he's been EXTRA clutch so far in 2022... and in only 3 games!

Watched some film on Chubb and he is so decisive hitting those holes. Going to be a challenge for sure.

Miles Garrett, Jadeveon Clowney,Taven Bryant and Jordan Elliot...at home with a raucous crowd...and almost all of you see some kind of BIG VICTORY on the horizon. Excuse me....you guys DO realize who is playing right tackle for us, right? I sure hope Strange has his big boy pants on for this game because Andrews is going to take a real beating all day. You can do war dances screaming Zappe! all week long but take a look at what the Pats are facing up front. My strategy would be pound pound pound Mondre and quick, short passes. As the running game takes its' effect there will be shots down the field, as in ANY NFL game...but make no mistake, Zappe is facing an extremely VICIOUS, hard hitting front four on defense. He cannot afford to get knocked out of this game.

That same front has given up 200 plus yards on the ground in back to back games. Run it down their throats

Meyers in some good company:

What might have been Ash: we Drafted Harry instead of A.J. Brown. :( Imagine A.J. Brown/Meyers instead of Harry/MEYERS we might have been in two more SB's with Brady.

Considering Brady froze out Meyers his rookie year, probably not.

Last year Scar and others were saying that the Pats needed a chain mover/possession slot receiver more than anything to make the O effective. While not a classic #1 receiver, Meyers has stepped up to take that role. YAC continues to be his only drawback. It seems as if he has started to make post catch moves to address that problem. He is on track to become the next Troy/Wes/Julian.

Meyers was the guy last season too.

He had the most targets of any NE pass catcher.

Meyers 126
Henry 75
Bourne 70
Agahlor 64
Bolden 49
Smith 45

This current roster looks like a classic Tuna Parcells NY Giants roster. There is plenty of talent to win. All the Pats need is solid QB play to where the NE offense is dictating the game instead of the opponents defense.

Getting everyone ready for a Tuesday:

The question for Meyers is: Can he sustain this?

He is reading coverages better than ever and doesn't let speed of the game scare him. He is open so much bc he waits for the opponent to reveal his hand

either by moving out of leverage in Man Coverage and reposting the movement

waiting for the routes to develop/zone to be revealed to find the soft spot

especially the later, he has superb awereness, which is why he stuck around in the first place. It is so good to see that he is still developing and, year 3 in, people just can't deny how important he is to the team

Feels like a week ago, the "we must start Bourne" was at all time high.... Have we stopped comparing him to Anquan Boldin, too? Guy could become a rich man's Anquan Boldin for us, for years to come
