Let's hope Guy is back this week. Not on IR so hopefully the injury is not too bad. He does not need much practice during the week.
Yeah that Chubb is a load at least we have our own load on the other side in Rham. But it would be nice to have Guy back even if he's just A Big Body on the DLine.

You really comparing zapped play to Brady?
Zap was not sacked yesterday. Solid QB play can make an OL look real good.
Now zappe mania is getting out of hand. Now zappe with his 188 yards and 1 TD against the worst defense fixed the OL. Not that the OL is just settling in. It's the same energy of fans saying dak shouldn't come back because cooper rush won throwing 102 yards yesterday.
Wins talk and losing walks.
It's clear the OL is playing better. Let's take a step back. 5 field goals and 188 yards 1td isn't something to go crazy over. He did his job, he did what Mac Jones did all last season. managed the game.
The OL played good for Jones. His long TD passes were too short. Go watch the 2 TDs that Josh Allen threw to Gabriel Davis yesterday to see the way its done in the big leagues.

Blaming the OL and Patricia and this guy and that guy is looking more ridiculous with every Zap win. Even the Packers loss was winnable and an encouraging performance from Zap. It usually takes time for QBs and WRs/TEs to gel.
I'm not saying he won't be better than Mac Jones. He might, but I just think we need to slow our roll here and take a step back. He hasn't done anything yet to say we should move on from Mac Jones. You also don't move on after a poor 3 games into a QBs second season.
Relax, Jones will be back.

Now that the OL is blocking and Patricia is calling all good plays, I cant wait to see Mac lead the Pats to the playoffs.
It's not like zappe threw for 400 yards, 3tds and was bombing it all over the field. They ran the ball, played solid defense, had 6 turnovers on downs and played for field goals.
Just like Jones did last year and he was crowned The Guy. Well Mac was accurate. Zap completed 80% of his passes vs the Lions. Well, Zap beat a lousy team. Mac padded his 2021 stats vs the Jets, Browns and Jacksonville.

No way we lose to the Elf lol.

In all seriousness Chubb will be a handful, but the defense has been performing well these past few weeks.

This guy scares me

Whatever, we will see. But I would bet 100% when Mac is healed he will be the starter.

Browns defense has given up 200 plus yards on the ground in each of the last two games.

So Browns aren't good, but they're not that bad either.
They've lost their 3 losses by a combined 6 points. On the other hand they've only beaten the Panthers and Steelers which are really bad.
On the other, other hand, Pats have only beaten the Steelers and Lions - equally as useless. So, this should be close and competitive.
Also, how crazy is it that we're 2-3, just like the 2 Super Bowl teams.

Another easy win as this team marches toward Lombardi #7 without resistance.

Lots of teams about to get reacquainted with Bill Belichick's balls, as he prepares to dunk those big beautiful nuts all over them.

It'll be good to have MJ back this week so we can witness this team's passing attack again. The passing game has been on a 2 week hiatus.

The browns for sure have some playmakers besides Chubb. They have Cooper and Njoku. Both players are capable of beating you. Yesterday they have over 150 yards between the two of them and 1 TD. Brissette is playing much better, the 1 advantage we might have is that Bill knows him quite well but does that translate into anything on the field ? We shall see ......excited abut this game !

The last time that NE lost to the Browns was in 2010 @ Cleveland vs Mangina. Remember all the trickery?
That was the Peyton Hillis game wasn’t it?
