NFL Week 2 Other Games

Nice 2-0 start for Miami but they're going to get smoked by Buffalo. The Bills might finish the regular season at 16-1. Week 6 at KC could be a loss. Their schedule is a joke weeks 9-18. It will be a major upset if the Bills don't at least make it to the Super Bowl. I still have Brady beating Allen in the Super Bowl though.

Of course you do, and the Patriots losing the rest of their games.

The Bucs have 2 offensive touchdowns in two games and all of a sudden they are confident about them winning the super bowl lol...

Other than the Rams who are on a SB high or maybe the Eagles who's there?? I think the Bucs will be in the SB too I ain't betting against #12. The real power is in the AFC anyway. Also the GOAT will be Great when has to.

Packers, 49ers, Rams, and Eagles are all good...

49ers, if JAG stays healthy
Saints, if they get the Bucs in the playoffs

Yeah, the AFC is definitely stronger, I would still probably lean toward the Rams to win the NFC. I don't like the Packers, Eagles meh, Bucs have issues on the O- line, San Fran has a lot of talent, but also Jimmy G...not much in the NFC at all.

I'm sticking with a preseason pick. The struggles of a pathetically depleted offense aren't going to change my mind now. Brady did enough with not much and the defense looks better than the two previous seasons. Godwin will be back healthy and Evans is only suspended for one game. If they can cobble together a few decent receivers behind those two then the offense will be totally fine.

Tampa Bay is already a favorite to get to the Super Bowl and that will only strengthen by the time the postseason arrives. Brady has an unbelievable record against Buffalo... you may remember, when the Patriots used to beat them.

I'm not sure what you're referring to exactly but I'm not going out on a limb saying Buffalo is going to kick the league's *ss and they're probably meeting Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl. And considering Brady is 33-3 against Buffalo and 4-0 against Allen it's not a wild notion that he would beat them again. Brady's 11th Super Bowl appearance to Allen's 1st... seems like an edge in experience too.

No, I don't have the Patriots losing their next 15 games. Although my original 9-8 prediction seems a little generous right now. I suppose you think I'm dead wrong? You have some pathway to an extremely ordinary team overtaking a juggernaut in the division?

Brady had the GOAT coaching him in those games though

Aside from Buffalo and KC the entire league is underwhelming so far. I remember there were calls for there being 10-12 competitive teams in the AFC and so far all but those two have big question marks. It’ll be interesting to see how this all progresses as the season goes on. Advantage should go to good coaches like BB.

The Bucs had Evans, Godwin, and Julio for the first quarter last week vs the Cowboys and they didn't look great...

Buffalo was bad for nearly 20 years during the Brady era. This year's Bills are best Bills team since the 90s. And the last time Buffalo and Tampa played, the Bucs barely won in OT with Allen never touching the ball. I wouldn't hang my hat on past results. Besides, Von Miller is 3-0 vs Brady in the postseason and is an absolute nightmare for him. Von owned Donovan Smith in the playoffs last year when the Bucs played the Rams.

I honestly thought Miller was washed up in Denver. It's crazy how good he was with the Rams last year and how good so far he has been with the Bills. I guess winning motivates. We'll see him twice later in the year. Hopefully Buffalo is peaking now and we'll be able to play with them.

The BIlls have revitalized their biggest weakness last year and that was on D. Their run D is unreal, giving up only 2.9 YPC.

The Bills forum should be adding a new member soon - JoshuaAllen17. Christ almighty.

Who, or what, is "JAG"? Oh, I almost forgot: that's YOUR way of calling Jimmy Garoppolo a "jag" because he was to succeed Tom Brady at one point. His real initials are JRG, James Richard Garoppolo. Thanks for playing Dis, run along now.

If Miami erases Diggs, who is going to beat them? Davis and Knox are both gimpy.

I guess I don't understand this line of thinking because the Dolphins have played the Bills & Diggs numerous times.

They've been blown out almost every time.

In your mind, did the Dolphins suddenly find a way to "erase" Diggs that they never knew before and the rest of the league doesn't know?

Probably not, but limiting him would be pretty effective considering they can now score with Buffalo. In two games, Diggs has caught 20 balls while the rest of your receiving corps (including the TE and RB positions) has caught 32 balls combined. Howard taking outside leverage with a safety shaded inside limits Diggs. Limit him and your offense suddenly becomes very mortal.

Buffalo-Miami would be an interesting game to watch, were it not on at the exact same time as NE-Baltimore.

You make a lot of money. Put multiple TVs in a room and enjoy.
