i wonder what their draft grade for buffalo would be now after finding out they knowingly drafted a player that was primarily involved in the gang rape of a minor using a date rape drug.

Pivotal point in Mac's development, year 2. If he doesn't make the jump most think he is capable of this franchise can be set back many years. Belichick has earned the right to put in place the staff he wants, but if having Patricia/Judge in key roles in the offence and Mac's development backfires it will fall squarely at Belichick's feet. Hopefully Mac makes the jump and the offence is humming by October. The article does bring up valid points that many fans and writers have been saying for a while.

We won’t know how successful he’ll be until we see the product on the field. I suspect it will matter more how well they block and execute plays rather than the plays themselves.

Andy Reid doesn’t run a new original just conceived play on every down. He runs his go-to plays on down and distance. The Pats offensive play calling won’t be so different and McDaniels wasn’t some creative genius.

What I find funny is the majority of worry worts regarding the offensive coaching have also told us that the only thing that mattered over the last two decades of the dynasty was the QB… but now all they’re worried about is the coaching.

100% guarantee McVay would name BB as the best coach in the NFL. Not even a question. Not because of a press conference but because he isn’t an idiot.
Belichick praises every opponent. So therefore calling out my argument that BB didn’t hire Gase because he sucks, by citing a comment in the week they were facing each other is useless next to the fact that the Patriots OC left, Gase was unemployed and BB never considered hiring him.

How the hell do you know who is saying what about who to pick? This is the exact same delusion DKF suffered from. No one, other than those in the room knows who is putting what Input on players they are drafting.
