Among the allegations is that the number of massage therapists Watson used was higher than previously believed; that Watson's former team, the Houston Texans, provided him with a membership to a hotel where some of the massages took place; that a Texans employee provided Watson with a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) that Watson later used for his appointments; and that multiple women who did not sue Watson or go to the police with their allegations, also allege acts of sexual misconduct by Watson during their massages that are consistent in nature with those alleged by women who did sue and/or report to police.

The NYT with the nefarious activities of "booking a hotel" and printing a "NDA from the Internet". Haha. These made up sinister activities never stop. Booked a hotel and downloaded a NDA - I am in trouble because I have done both for my business many times. Wonder if the NYT will print about me? One can only hope.

Why do people feel the need to jump on the bandwagon? The dude has a problem that needs addressing, but booking hotels and signing NDAs are not bad things and do not imply the Texans are involved.

Right because the scumbag Plantiff's attorney has nothing to do with lighting the fire. All I know is there were 3 grand juries that looked into these allegations and found no evidence to support criminal charges, when we all know any prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.

The burden for criminal (beyond a reasonable doubt) is higher than for civil ( more likely than not)... Are you saying that you think he's totally innocent and all these women made it up?????? It was also a hometown DA and I venture to say that a DA in a different state would have had an easier time indicting him if he wasn't the hometown QB in the state of Texas....

I get the diff. between criminal vs civil, but most of the civil allegations are of a criminal nature and the fact is, there wasn't enough there even to indict nvm about convict.

I don't know what happened. Only Watson and these women know. They say he did this and that. He denies it. I don't believe he's a saint, but is that enough to cancel his entire career? Idk, I guess we'll find out.

There were 2 seperate DAs, who I doubt care more about hometown QB crap than their careers.

Agreed. He has an issue. Funny because he had plenty of women, the massages must be the thing were he was manipulating the women or some weird sex addict thing. Being naked or showing himself or masterbating must not be illegal under TX law as the criminal cases were dropped. Not sure what the civil cases will prove.

Be careful, it does not say the Texans booked the hotels but they provided a "membership to a hotel", who knows what that is? The Texans signed him up for the Hilton Honors program? More BS wording by the NYT to twist things to try to make it look like the Texans were complicit.

He absolutely has the right, but in the context of at 24 accusations of improper sexual contact ( and who knows how many more) at these locations, it gives you pause to question his motives in doing so....
Pro athletes know that they are high profile and possible targets so they are taught to mitigate risk by their agents and the teams.. Hence the team employes the masseuses. They have th eright to go elsewhere but any reasonable person is going to wonder if there is veracity when he chooses to go elsewhere and 24 women make an accusation.. This isn't one or two......
