Dean’s pec injury sounds like Hightower in 2017. It ruined his free agency market, and rightfully so because he then fully tore it and missed the remainder of the season.
That superbowl was a breeze had Hightower and Edelman not been injured.

Battering? Or running around? He's a speedster, not exactly a strong runner.
Thanks Mr. Technical for setting specifications on word usage when loosely referencing him pounding the Pats ass

You think bill has been good at drafting receivers in the 2nd/3rd round ?
He’s been good at building football teams.
Every nfl decision maker makes tons of good and tons of bad decisions.
I’m interested in the net result, and aren’t going to sweat which ones are bad. They all make them, and most often the prediction at the time the decision is made is wrong.

So don't bother to see what the kid can do and post 10 times about what a lousy pick he is?

Again, I'm good with venting, but I sort of see why things unfolded the way they did for you last night. Let's try and sit tight and see what happens with the next two picks. And if Mac is throwing touchdowns to this kid, who could very well be an unbelievable #3 or #4 receiver in his first year, I'm pretty sure we might end up being fairly happy. Sony Michel was overdrafted but he was productive. If Thornton can come close to that, I'm good.
True. BB has been accused of over-drafting several very good players over the years.

I cannot speak positive about something I feel negative about. That’s not who I amoYou run this website. If you only want people who will say positive things about the patriots, please let me know and I will bow out of here.
1) Talking and losing your **** are 2 different things. Yesterday you resigned as a patriot fan over the 29th pick in one draft, and you knew absolutely nothing about the guy.
2) track record
3) how do you always admit when you are wrong when you complain ably what you predict will happen?
Oh please . I was emotional and made a ridiculous statement out of frustration . I’m so terrible for that.

I admit I am wrong when I am wrong. I will cheer for these guys like I always cheer for the patriots

I think Chenal is better than Harris.

I hope Pats move UP from 21st.
lol...maybe. But BB needs a defensive player from Alabama in this draft.

Bill lost the benefit of the doubt in my opinion when drafting wide receivers when he drafted nkeal harry, Aaron Dobson, chad Jackson, bethel Johnson, Taylor price and Brandon Tate. That string of top 3 round busts is hard to top. I truly hope Thornton turns into randy moss. But the benefit of the doubt is not there, at least not from me.

And spare me with Malcom Mitchell and Edelman. Mitchell fell to where he was because of the degenerative knee (and had only one half a season of doing anything). Edelman was an A+++ pick but he was playing cover his rookie year so I don’t know if they had an idea what he was when they drafted him
What does playing cover his rookie year mean? In his rookie year he came in the last game of the season for the injured Welker and had 10 catches for 103 yards against Houston, and then started in the playoffs against the Ravens and had 6 catches with 2 TDs. I'm worn out with idiots who keep going on about how JE didn't do early.

Need to shore up D.

- DT run stuffer to stop Taylor (Colts)
- DE to get to Josh Allen.
- Fast instinctive LB to cover TEs (Mark Andrews, Travis Kelce)
- CB help after the draft is done.

A solid DT to eat up the middle might be the most impactful. Takes some attention away from Barmore and Judon. Next, I am with you on a cover LB. Seeing some of our current backers drop into coverage is unsettling, if not cringe-worthy at times.

Talk about meatheads, what a bad choice to announce your pick Cleveland

Jeez, you're welcome mr. thin skin

“comedian”

So I usually hate these because all you can say is "we're sure going to kick TCU's butt this year"

But here's a Tyquan highlight reel anyway

What happened last night is I was banned from posting on a chat for giving my opinion, which happened to be negative. I didn’t insult anyone. That’s sad . If that’s what this site is then fine
No, I didn't say you couldn't say anything negative. Saying it 10+ times was all I was sort of alluding to. It's like the guy you're at a party with saying everything sucks when the rest of us are trying to have a good time. That's not exactly a lot of fun, wouldn't you agree?

At this point, I don't see the point in trading up particularly far. We are about to get two really good players if we just stay where we are.

I assume Travis Jones has an injury issue along with Dean.

PS, the time from combine was 4.21, so I don't know what accounts for the diff. On the clips, he's game fast, whatever the right no. is.
