2022 PTP Draft Board / Pats Draft Talk

If the Patriots were to walk away with Nakobe Dean, Dax Hill, and Travis Jones as their only picks, would you be happy?

I think I could be happy, especially if some offensive lineman that should have been drafted got scooped as UDFAs.

He isn't a guy who takes on linemen i guess. To use his potential at best we need to let him run free and chase down ball carriers.

He's 235lbs. He's not going to play like HT or Bentley.

A tackle, Zyon McCollum, Cade Mays or Cole Strange or some other IOL, Matt Ariaza...

If they could get just those three? I think it would be a good haul, but not sure it overwrites the "lesser" pick needs.

THERE IS A MOCK DRAFT FORUM, WTF ARE THEY CONTINUOUSLY BEING LEFT IN HERE? SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE MENTIONED THIS BUT IT STILL HAPPENS. EFFIN STOP!!!!

Sorry I was losing my ish.

If pats takes this guy in round 2, this will be the next Jordan Richards/Tavon Wilson pick. OOF. Let's hope they don't reach for guys like this in 2022.
I am sure BB understands that we don't have the luxury of over Drafting or Reaching for players in Second: who really have a Fourth Round grade.

Joshua Paschal is my ultimate draft day dream right now in the 3rd or so. I'm late with a lot of my evaluations, but he's one of only a few edge players I've seen with legit two-gap ability. Plus he has surprising short area burst and agility and can get into the backfield (37 career tackles for loss, 3 blocked kicks). He's not as refined at pass rush as some of the others, but he's the best run defender I've watched on the edge so far this season.

I don't know how I didn't watch this guy earlier, but he sets a hard edge and plays with impressive urgency. Can rush from the interior as well. Huge fan. Him and Travis Jones would fix most of our run defense problems. I can't believe I'm so late to the party with him. Absolute monster! @BaconGrundleCandy you gotta talk me down from overreacting. I'm 100% sold here, buddy.

Short highlights for the attention-deficient among us.

I laughed out loud when I saw the last one, as I think it was supposed to put people over the edge.

His tape against Florida is some of the best you'll see. I have a 3rd on him. Him and Enagbare just missed a 2nd (7.90 ish). Yea he's been on the PTP board forever.

Fwiw my grades are done. Wasn't feeling yesterday so ill put them out after work. Just want to check the list for spelling, make sure everyone is where they're supposed to be.

I'll say this also. It's not as deep as people talk about. I really wouldn't want a bunch of late round picks this year. I'd rather wait for udfa. Don't see the value. This is very much a top 150 draft.

Also I hate mock drafts with a passion and didn't want them here originally but that train left the station so idc anymore. I'll have an individual thread up later focusing on the most unique prospects at that position.

Oh my!! I am on board. That quickness is very good and he looks to be pretty strong. I am smiling thinking about him kicking inside with Barrmore when the Pats decide to attack.
