I said nothing of the sort. I said the accusations and claims in the lawsuit are an attack on the (white) owners of NFL teams.

IMHO, Flores has a tough road ahead of him with his filings with the EEOC. Do you file your complaint against the NFL? Well, the NFL isn't an employer (to clarify: obviously the NFL has employees but Flores is a coach and the NFL doesn't hire coaches). What the NFL is is a League with 32 independent employers, each of whom hire coaches.

The lawsuit names the League and all the member clubs (with a specific emphasis on NYG, Den and Mia), and people have compared his suit to Kaepernick's.... but Kaepernick was suing the NFL for collusion, not discrimination.

My mistake they aren’t attacking white people they are attacking non-black people 95% of which are white.
The point remains the same.

That’s only because introducing facts turned into deflecting the conversation into ignoring the facts and trying to personally attack me.

It would be a great topic if we could stick to the facts, which really are very different than common perception.

It’s not FACTS that ruin a thread, it’s your childish responses as an attempt to avoid accepting the facts.
As soon as facts entered the discussion you realized your preconceived notions are wrong, and since your point in posting is certainly not a fair exchange if viewpoints, you have given zero response to the actual facts and instead turned it into an attempt to “win the argument” by turning it from facts into an insult barrage.
When you can’t deal with the message, attack the messenger. Your goal was to destroy the thread because you were proven wrong.

I would say worse.
Flores will never be the head coach In New England now.

I think Flores knows that he'll never coach in the NYFL again. He knew that when he bravely stepped forward.

If anyone had any doubts that NYFL games have been fixed those should be long gone now.

I remember hearing Condollezza Rice say that her dream job was to be the commissioner of the NYFL. That was when she was Secretary of State. She'd be a great choice, though I doubt that the owners would want her. I'm sure they prefer a puppet.

There are probably quite a few agents and lawyers lining up to sue the NYFL. Imagine that you're a player on a team that was a known tanker. How much salary did you lose? I think the lawyers will figure it out.

This might be the best time to dump the NYFL for good.

If Flores has proof of this, Ross should settle with him for whatever he is asking. This could be a federal crime if true. Ross could do real jail time.

We have people walking free with far more serious crimes after Hollyweird started a slush fund to free criminals during the riots. Not to mention the politicians that are freeing up criminals and taking power away from law enforcement. Ross isn't ever going to see the inside of a jail cell.

I think it's with owners and HCs where the problem exists. Are there any minority HCs beside Mike Triplin?

I even question BB's true intention here. We're talking about a coach that is meticulously prepared and coaches his players on how to treat the media and never divulge too much info or say the wrong thing. We're expected to believe he was this careless? I just have a hard time believing that.
