Yeah, I can see that argument. I just think the chances of actually getting a TD or first down there is so anemic (based on the rest of the game), you might as well take the field goal to cover 3 potential extra points (not need a two point conversion on those.) If I thought they had any type of chance to score, I'd feel a lot differently.
