Question: Evan washburn interviews joe burrow from 6 ft. Then after the interview fist bumps and gives him a semi hug. What is the point ???

As I've always said about Tannehill. A polished turd is still a turd, no matter how hard you try to polish it.
I remember when Tannehill was on HBO'S Hard Knocks and felt he wasn't too bright.

Honest question:

Has there ever been a weaker #1 seed than the 2021 Titans? Maybe the 08 Titans?

I bet Cincinnati because of the advantage in QB play.
That pick was not on Tannehill, it was good DB play, and WR not boxing out With his body.
He hasn't gotten the job done in crunch time.

Nobody had the Titans anywhere close to going to the SB.

Yet--TB, Rams, GB, KC, Buffalo, and hell even Cincy have been favored at times.

Six of those teams have a franchise level or elite QB.

Yea that's dumb.

Burrow interviews with Washburn after the game social distancing and soon as interview ends, camera doesn't cut away right away and you can see the 2 hugging. Complete farce..

Oh, yes, it was. The receiver wasn't open. It was too tight of a window to throw that ball in that situation.

Not that I can think of.

Looked back in recent history, and not counting teams losing their QB right before entering the playoffs...

Panthers 2015. They went 15-1 but were clearly frauds. I'd take them over the Titans though.
Falcons 2010. They were better though IMO.
Titans 2008. They might well be worse. LOL.
Bears 2006. Suck QB and not an amazing D. It's close.
Seahawks 2005. They lived and died by their run game. And frankly I don't think it was near good enough to justify their record and seed. Beat up on a lot of bad teams IIRC. But maybe still better than the Titans.

Not going back much further. In any case, they were a very weak seed at the minimum. Rarely weak at best, perhaps historically weak.

Bengals have a shot next week, although I don't see them winning twice against KC this year. Buffalo? Who knows. They might've already flown their toad last week.

Good to great QBs don't make that mistake.
This is where I'm at.

The final four (I have GB crushing SF) will have 4 elite QB's.

Mahomes/Allen, Brady/Stafford, Rodgers.

Tennessee hasn't had a legit QB since...McNair maybe?

Good riddance. Cincy's run ends next week, but what a run. Promising team.

Thanx...you came all the way over here to instruct US in what constitutes an elite QB?

Bengals had a nice run, but they get run off the field by KC or Buffalo next week.

Good for Cincy. Great finish.

Cincy can’t stop the run, Derrick Henry is back, and the Tits ran for 1k anyway without him. Tits win by two scores unless Cincy can possess for long, sustained drives and score on every one of them.
Or Tanneyhill…..
