OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

If playoffs started today, Bucs at #2 would face WFT. ARI vs 49ers. DAL vs Rams.

I like those matches.

Yeah they have to beat the Saints. Only team left that I can see the Bucs have a realistic chance of losing.

GreenBay in the 1 seed likely faces Dallas or the Rams in the divisional. Id bet on the road team.

Brady at 36 TD’s, Stafford at at 33 now. really would like to see him hold on to the lead for that. I think leading the league in TD passes 5 times would be the all time record

Cardinals still have the Colts, Cowboys, and Seahawks. That Cowboys game may decide the #3/4 seeds.

I think if the Packers lose, it would need to be Sunday at Baltimore. I guess I was way off thinking it would be even odds…Jackson is playing but the spread is still 5.5. That probably accounts for Jackson’s limited mobility and huge amount of injuries for the Ravens.

Still, I think the Ravens have a decent chance, much better than the Browns or Vikings winning in Green Bay.

looking unlikely the Packers lose. i’m personally hoping for the random game where Cousins, Cook, Jefferson go off. Thielen is injured? no faith in Ravens or Browns to do anything to help

if Packers have home field again and lose who gets the blame?

Rodgers injured toe?
LaFleur?
McCarthy?
King?

Imagine this. Packers could face McCarthy and the Cowboys in the divisional round. Imagine if he lost to McCarthy.
Nah Rodgers owns the Cowgirls

Lord have mercy! That would be so freaking hilarious!

The Ravens, Browns and Vikings are all fighting for playoff spots and have a lot to play for.

Let’s not forget our Pats blowing 2 games against the Jets and the Dolphins in 2015 to clinch the number one seed and then even worse, losing the last game of the season in 2019 to the awful Dolphins at home, just a week after beating a very good Bills team.

At the end of the day, if the Packers with all 4 games they will deserve the first seed, finishing the season 14-2 after losing the first game, and one of those was against the Chiefs without Rodgers.

Bucs had two awful back-to-back loses to Trevor Siemien and a 2-6 WFT where they allowed an 11 minute game winning drive, and considering those two games, and all the close wins against the Cowboys, Pats, Colts and Bills, they are in a really great position with an easy schedule and only needing one GB loss for the first seed.

Washington loss was inexcusable but you can’t convince me that the refs didn’t have an agenda in that Saints game with the calls and non calls

You never leave it to the refs to decide a game. The position they're in right now is all on the Bucs. That WFT loss will haunt them if they don't get the 1 seed.

They appeared to have an agenda in the Bucs-Bills game too...

A year ago almost to the day I said the Bucs were not losing another game.

I think I'm ready to make the same prediction now. I can't see any team stopping them tbh other than themselves.

Brady breaks the MVP curse this year. Mark it down.

Pats Bucs would be a great SB game but I think BB even getting a rookie QB to the Super Bowl much less winning it against a team like the Bucs would be as tall a task as it gets. There's a good reason why it's never been done.
