OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

This is what makes it worse…Bill was not saying what Wickersham is implying. It was specifically from a roster/strategy standpoint.

It’s still an insulting quote unless trading Deion Branch and not paying David Givens was somehow in the best interest of Brady.

After re-reading it, I think it’s really just in response to the system/playbook and preparation. Really amazing Wickersham would purposely take it out of context. What a ****ing weasel.

Look at the cover. Brady looks like he’s going to eat Belichick’s grandkids.

Has there been any word on Murphy-Bunting? The last thing I saw was anywhere from 4 weeks to season ending.

Yeah that’s a pretty crazy range and I don’t think there’s been an update.

But the extra game, the rule changes, plus shoot outs in the early season will give the Bucs a chance at the scoring record. Is a 15td Gronk season possible again.
It's not only possible but likely. A GOAT TE is a prized possession.

Maybe this is Bill's way of saying that he agrees with the concussion water grifter. For Bill's perspective it was getting every single ounce of optimal production out of Brady, and to hell with the long term value of slightly less optimal production by easing up on a 20 year veteran.

Is Wickersham the official BB proxy?

I believe the Patriots existed before Belichick became the head coach and my sources report that they even made a Super Bowl a few years prior.
The Pats went to 2 SBs before Belichick and lost one because they faced one of the best defenses in NYFL history and the other because they were sabotaged by their own HC.

Truly the fakest fan on here. He just likes negative attention.
I couldn't care less about the dipsticks. They're pretty obvious and get to the ignore list faster than Superman.

What I'm not too thrilled about is that some fans complained about the Brady talk and requested a sub-forum. But now, all of a sudden after a year of peace, some are here and want to start a Brady/Belichick debate. If this continues I'll probably get a bit more aggressive with that debate.

Edit: I wasn't talking about all of the posters here. Most are still worth a read.

Not sure if this game can be considered "Critical" or "Must win" by any stretch of the imagination. Not when both are 2-0.

But it's pretty darn important. Especially with the new rule where one team gets a bye (I hate you NFL for this rule. Even if my team benefited from it last year).

Naahhh…I’m telling you, the schedule difference is enormous. If Tampa wins 1 of the next 2, they’re probably cruising to the #1 seed. The Rams have so many difficult games, including 6 tough divisional ones. It’s so unlikely any NFC West team gets #1. The Packers also have a brutal schedule and won’t be in the running.

True.

But TB has had injuries and defense has been suspect.

Granted it's only been two games.

I think they should try and give up picks for Gilmore or look at Sherman. But Gilmore is clearly better.

Well the injuries were on the defense, so that is why they were suspect, none of those players are gone for the year.

Eisen, Marinucci pick Rams
Warner Irvin pick Bucs

Feel like the crowd next week is gonna be a lot more pro Brady then they were gonna be.
