This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
I can’t wait until next week. This team can be so much better than this. They need to work out the first week sloppiness. I want a win and to put this garbage behind us.
I hate NFL week 1. I love having it back, but the teams never look prepared.
They would have won this game despite the penalties and fumbles if the Pats could play run defense well enough to stop the Dolphins from clinching the game with 2 first downs without having to throw a pass. Disgraceful! Spend all that money on new personnel and they still can’t stop teams from running on them when they must.
The refs clearly weren't bothering to pay attention to the game. They Fubared BOTH Fumbles. They call the block in the back on Mason, but don't call it on Miami's O-line lunged out and hit Phillips in the back.
- 1st Fumble - Plain as day that Stevenson's butt was ON the ground before the ball came loose.
- 2nd Fumble. Ball bounced back into Harris' arms and he was on it with Miami players on top of him. Plain as day from the one camera angle.
The block in the back on Mason was the correct call. You then HAVE to call it on the Miami O-lineman who lunged and clipped Phillips in the back since it's a personal foul, it would have added 15 yards to the spot of the interception.

i agree, the defense was a dissapointmant while it had good moments, it was not as good as i thought it would be, but its real early and they will get better.
Why do you write off this year already, but expect better next year?
Mac played well enough to win. The rest of the team let him down. What reason do you have to expect the rest of the team to be better and not worse next year?
