Mac Learning from the Manning’s.

If he falls somewhere between the careers of the Manning brothers, I'd be very happy. For all the crap we give Eli, he started over 200 games. That is pretty damn rare. A good rule of thumb is 100 regular season starts. If you are good enough to get 100 starts in the NFL as a QB, then you 'made it' IMO. You are a QB of historical note for that alone. It doesn't mean you can't be a QB of note with less starts.... but 100 starts makes you a guy who is worth mentioning and remembering. That number may change in the future as the number of games increases though.

Edit: I don't know the exact number, but i think there are maybe 110-150 QBs with that many starts. Sounds about right.

He did have a nice career, but outside of his two superbowls he had a lot of losing seasons, in fact they went 8 years without making the playoffs. He was healthy for most of his career and that is a big accomplishment, but it does not make him a great QB because he was just consistent enough. I woudl rate his career along side Plunkett.

"Cheesy Mac Chicken Parm...don't do this..."

Yeah they
No..it's JaMarcus...FWIW
lol when I wrote it I was thinking is it a A? But I was like eh he’s not important enough to Google and correct it.
If he couldn’t watch game film I can’t double check the spelling of his name.

I want Mac picking the brain of any QB who has played in the league for 10+ years, never mind two guys who have four Super Bowl wins between them. There are things to learn from anyone who's managed to stick in this league for as long as those guys did. I get we don't like the Mannings, but good lord, if Mac turns out to be either one of them he's ahead of 99% of drafted QB's.
Peyton’s last SB win had NOTHING to do with Peyton and Eli got lucky….TWICE!

Hopefully they are not sending PED's to Mac's girlfriend, Sophie Scott.

When I see this pix, think of one thing: "Than God I'm a country boy"... even though he is not.

You just know she only sort of half-heartedly slobbers on it for 5 seconds before going back to laying there like a starfish.

You do realize, don't you, that the Mannings neither earned nor deserved EVEN ****ING ONE of their 4 rings?

**** the Mannings...As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be...

That’s why Mac is asking Forehead for advice about teabags…

That will not go over well at all

Didn't Brady and the Patriots use it once against a Manning-led team? I feel like I remember that as kind of a "blink and you'll miss it" troll job by them. It was probably a dummy signal, but I found it funny.

Yea I think they did. That was Brady and Dynasty II. Mac and this group doesn't have the cred (yet) to troll Peyton.

Oh certainly not! I was just taking a trip down memory lane.

Manning had an 82 QB rating in the Bears SB and got MVP anyway. Shoulda been Dominic Rhodes
