I have a science degree and have worked in alternative medicine. Many of these things have merit, they just have not been proven by science yet.
The human body is a very complex entity.
Imagine, flexibility (pliability) helps prevent injuries and extend your career. Where I worked they brought up a trainer who used to work with the Lakers...Byron Scott for example. His name is Bruce Madson. He advocated "Heat and Grease". Moving the joints and muscles slowly to overcome injuries and promote joint health. It pumps oxygen and nutrients into your joints. I used it to overcome plantar faciitis. I asked him if athletes used his methods. He said most don't. They rely on their natural talent. He said those that do are the superstars that have long, healthy careers.
Ozone therapy can disable viruses along with other health benefits. Used in Europe during the COVID pandemic (to save lives). Not readily accepted in American medicine.
Chelation; EDTA transfusions originally used for lead poisoning remove mercury and other heavy metals from your system. They also found it has the the beneficial side effect of decalcifying your arteries. The doctor I went to had 45% hard (calcareous) blockage in his carotid arteries. He now has none. He does an MRI of your carotid arteries before treatment for record of your improvement.
Homeopathy; there is documented evidence of human antibodies reacting to antigens that are no longer in the final dilution. This is evidence of a electromagnetic signature left by the antigen. We can also see an electromagnetic reaction in humans. Near instantaneous reaction to an injected antigen before it gets into the system.
The Chinese have been using herbal remedies for thousands of years (and acupuncture). My wife is Chinese and they have embraced Western medicine. She says "Only the poor people go to the herbal doctor."
There is much we don't know yet. That can only be currently proven by clinical results and case studies.
Chiropractic and acupuncture are now considered mainstream treatments. It was not too long ago they were considered quackery.
You believe what you want to believe. I try to keep an open mind.
I believe some of these treatments are suppressed by the AMA because they do not sell drugs and do not make money for big Pharmaceutical companies.
