Can a lawyer falsify lawsuit documents that are formally presented to the courts?
Nevermind, I already know the answer.
He would lose his license...

I have two words for everyone........
Duke Lacrosse
orchestrated by a publicity hunting politically motivated district attorney
a few more.....
Twana Brawley
orchestrated by a publicity hunting "preacher" in a track suit, who is now a millionaire yet still pays no taxes
UVA Fraternity
orchestrated by a publicity hunting dying magazine
Have we not learned to wait for the facts
Yes he would, but you would have to prove wrong doing in such an instance. Withdrawing a petition before it even gets to court (or discovery) can be done for virtually any reason. Petitions are not sworn statements. Even if proven false, the lawyer can cover his ass simply by saying he thought they were true.He would lose his license...
No, those were more than "one crazy woman". Each of those stories involve people in positions of power who knew the stories were total B.S. but still tried to destroy innocent men anyway in order to advance their own agendas.I agree, but in each of those cases you cited it was one crazy woman...here there are over a dozen.
So you're saying lawyers sometimes lie...... hmmmmmmm............It looks like Roger Clemens' former attorney is representing Watson... The same guy who said clemens didn't do steroids lol

We have a dozen Jane Does, who knows how many are real. If lawyers lost their license for filings that turned out to be false there would be about ten lawyers left in the country. I've been sued and every single word in the suit from twenty different people was a lie (and proven to be one), the case never made it past discovery. In my case it was one of the countries worst liberal "civil rights" organizations. Thier lawyers coached the lies and even invented some of the stories. I was one of 25 defendants and all it took was two of us giving a deposition before the case was dropped. Of course, that took over a year and in that year there were numerous news stories, and even one of the "victims" lying in front of Congress about the atrocities purputrated against them.
So again, I caution everyone, don't take an attention getting whore of a lawyer's word on anything. Wait until some actual facts are presented. You can alledge anything in a filing, but you can't perjury yourself once it comes to testimony. This is why they don't file police reports, because that too is a crime. If I was Watson lawyers, I would encourage the whore lawyer to have each and everyone of his clients go to the police station and report the crime.
This doesn’t benefit the ownership at all. Their 25 year old superstar quarterback is likely going to be suspended (and possibly going to prison) and his once massive trade vale is destroyed. Can't help but think Texan ownership is sitting back, feet up, sipping whiskey...
"Ha these upity players think they can control things? Now this prick's life/career is ruined. Bet this won't happen again."
Depending who he or she is and who they know.He would lose his license...
We might able to go on the county website and see the lawsuits. It might be Harris County.I don't buy the numbers Buzbee is selling us. How do you know there are 14 women? What, because some lawyer filed some paperwork which said so?

If you are in fact correct, rather than having their feet up celebrating, this is a more accurate portrayal of them.,.

This is why I always take the wait-and-see approach. Jetefan 79 has already sided with Watson. Me? I don't know yet. Willing to give the accusers a shot to present their case and Watson to defend himself.
Oh, I acknowledge that 14 lawsuits have been filed. (I have only read a couple but I have no reason to believe the reports of 14 being filed is not true.) But not a single woman has been named nor has a single woman come forward. The only reason we believe there are 14 women going on 24 is because Buzbee said so.We might able to go on the county website and see the lawsuits. It might be Harris County.
I can do that here. Public information.
Just because you throw logic out the window, doesn’t mean others do the same.Think of the reason why DW wants out of there. Has to do with a level of disrespect from ownership.
I think they warned him, and when DW didn't respect their power, they threw logic out the window. They weren't going to let DW (or any of the hired help) get the best of them.
