John Brown could be a steal. He had a great year in 2019 and was injured for much of last year. If he rebounds, the Raiders could have gotten themselves a really good player when his value has been diminished.
Amazing that people didn’t realize this was coming.
Just as an FYI for those who are wondering. I think he also assumes the Pats tender JC Jackson but I’m not sure if at a 1st or 2nd round level.
Edit: he’s assuming it’s a 1st.
The Bears did indeed try to finagle a trade for Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
According to Dan Patrick, Chicago offered three first-round picks, a third-round pick, and two unnamed starters for Wilson. The Seahawks, obviously, passed.
Where did you run off to Tommy?Wrong

They aren’t using 15 on a center.
The only OLman who is projected as a possible Center and is worthy of #15 is Northwestern's Rashawn Slater; but he is expected to be taken before #15, perhaps as early as #10; and he will likely be first tried at LT...Yep, no chance
I get this, but still a team can't really offer much more than that, not when the QB is going to take so much cap space. You need those lower paid stars on their first contracts. That seems like a lot on the surface, but then you consider the Bears with Wilson are probably picking in the high 20's each year, a third rounder is lightweight, and "starter" can mean a lot of things depending on who you're talking about. Technically, Harry was a starter for several games, as was Ryan Izzo. I can see why that wasn't enough to entice the Seahawks to give up on the relationship with their franchise QB.
The Jets and Dolphins, just to name the two most obvious examples, could offer much better deals.I get this, but still a team can't really offer much more than that, not when the QB is going to take so much cap space. You need those lower paid stars on their first contracts.
5'10 pass rusher? He'll never work.Breaking: View attachment 31276
It took me like 5 seconds to google it. I had read it before, actually posted in this thread. Like I said, instead of being an idiot and posting stupid crap, look it up, and then man up when you are wrong.Hey dipwad, it took you, what, 5 posts to explain that? Instead of being an ass, you could have posted the explanation after one post.

True but he's still good (#45). He had a 74% catch rate (Agholor - 59%, Bourne - 66%). He's a bargain @ $6M for one year.
Agholor's low catch rate may be due to him being used as a deep threat with higher risk passes.
Anyone could offer a better deal. You can give 4 1st rounders or 5 or 6. THe point is when you give up 3 #1s and then multiple others, you've given away your ability to build around that QB.The Jets and Dolphins, just to name the two most obvious examples, could offer much better deals.
