John Brown could be a steal. He had a great year in 2019 and was injured for much of last year. If he rebounds, the Raiders could have gotten themselves a really good player when his value has been diminished.

I seem to recall the Bills defense looking much better with him in the lineup than without. Not like they went from the 2019 Chiefs to the 2020 Patriots without him, but Allen just looked more comfortable with the shorter throws with both Diggs and Brown as threats to go deep. Sanders should be able to recreate some of that if he's still got his legs, but I'm not sure he's got Brown's speed at this stage of his career.

That seems like a lot on the surface, but then you consider the Bears with Wilson are probably picking in the high 20's each year, a third rounder is lightweight, and "starter" can mean a lot of things depending on who you're talking about. Technically, Harry was a starter for several games, as was Ryan Izzo. I can see why that wasn't enough to entice the Seahawks to give up on the relationship with their franchise QB.

They aren’t using 15 on a center.

Yep, no chance
The only OLman who is projected as a possible Center and is worthy of #15 is Northwestern's Rashawn Slater; but he is expected to be taken before #15, perhaps as early as #10; and he will likely be first tried at LT...

I get this, but still a team can't really offer much more than that, not when the QB is going to take so much cap space. You need those lower paid stars on their first contracts.

The Jets and Dolphins, just to name the two most obvious examples, could offer much better deals.

Hey dipwad, it took you, what, 5 posts to explain that? Instead of being an ass, you could have posted the explanation after one post.
It took me like 5 seconds to google it. I had read it before, actually posted in this thread. Like I said, instead of being an idiot and posting stupid crap, look it up, and then man up when you are wrong.

It's called making a mistake. Most people here respond normally when others make a mistake. Besides, you haven't disproven anything about how the Pats are going to be able to afford Russell Wilson's contract, which I mentioned in my original post too. Obviously you have some sort of anger issues towards me...perhaps you didn't like something I posted previously. Whatever, the world is full of losers and I get it.

True but he's still good (#45). He had a 74% catch rate (Agholor - 59%, Bourne - 66%). He's a bargain @ $6M for one year.

Agholor's low catch rate may be due to him being used as a deep threat with higher risk passes.

He was supposed to be one of the missing pieces in the Saints offense last year but other than one big game in October against the chargers (12 catches, 122 yds) he was a non-factor, both in the regular season and in the postseason. If you take away that big game, he averaged 3.77 catches per game and 46 yards per game over the other 13 regular season games.

He may flash from time to time next year with the Bills in individual games but at this point in his career the perception of him is more impressive than his actual production and impact, in my opinion. In fact, there is a decent chance that he ends up as their WR4, if Gabriel Davis continues to improve. Davis had a more impressive and impactful year (as a rookie last year) than Sanders did. As a WR4, suddenly that “bargain“ contract doesn’t seem like such a bargain.

Anyone could offer a better deal. You can give 4 1st rounders or 5 or 6. THe point is when you give up 3 #1s and then multiple others, you've given away your ability to build around that QB.
