Good for him. Based on what we saw last year he sure wouldn't be winning any AFC ones if he stayed here. I'd rather have Cam, thank you.
You have Hoyer and Stidham right now.

again, against CRAPPY opponents he's done well. And the Bucs have better WRs than NE does, so it wouldn't have mattered if Brady re-signed here. The guy was more loyal to himself than to the Pats or their fans and wanted #7 rather than stay with us or retire.

What the Bradyites don't get is he chose to leave. He didn't want to be here. His mind was made up.

They can woof all they want about Brady. It really doesn't mean jack to the Patriots.

The current team would also not be better with Brady as their QB than they are with Cam. So apart from the nostalgia factor I am not sure why people are upset Brady is gone.

it wasn't about him being treated like Johnny Foxboro here. He wanted to go where HE had the best shot at a 7th ring. If NE was stacked on offense, he would have stayed. It's all about winning for him and less about loyalty to the fans who cheered him for 20 years.

Cam, the rocket scientist who contracted Covid because he needed to buy a new hat to complete his latest Huggy Bear ensemble? Yeah, we're in great hands. LMAO.

?

Ask yourself how did Cam get Covid but no one else on the team did. Rumor has it he went on an extended shopping trip at the mall in Braintree and contracted it there.

Anyone with any semblence of football intelligence knows that Brady wouldn't do jack squat with this group, I mean just look at last season. But I know if we had an inferior coach, the Pats get blown right out of Kansas City. No question about it.

I'm sticking with 9-7 even with Cam. That could get us anything from an AFC East title to no playoffs. That is, if the season makes it to its conclusion.
If we had Brady Monday night we win that game by Multiple TDs.

Better OL, better RBs, and except for the 2 dropped INTs a better defensive performance.

I thought the defense played well in that game last December. The offense not so much.

They should have won anyway though. The refs had a lot to do with the result.

This is Cam's offense now. Tom's offense was old and stale and it showed. Would be a bad fit now.

I really would have thought one of our troll reporters would have gotten to the bottom of this.

Great now Gilmore has it. Why do I get the feeling this NFL season isn't going to make it?

There is a good chance the NFL makes the Titans forfeit their game vs the Bills for breaking protocols which would put the Bills at 5-0 and also give them 11 days off before playing the Chiefs on Thursday night. Chiefs play Sunday then Thursday. Oh, the game is in Buffalo too. You can't make this up.

Edelman catches the ball, plants his right foot, and accelerates toward the open area between the "30" & the hash marks, then slides when the help arrives...just like he's done many times in the past...
Yeah, I think Mathiu over pursued on that play and got lucky with the tipped pass. Had Edelman caught it, I see him turning up field for a big gain.

Yes this is a different offense...But can you at least concede that if Brady had been QBing for us Monday night instead of Hoyer & Stid that we likely would've won that game?

Good. The Chiefs deserve to be f*cked over.

Like he was against essentially the same Chiefs team last December, at home, supported by screaming fans, when he threw for a whopping 169 yds? The forecast on Monday night would have been partly pissy with a chance of pouting.
