I will give you that the throw to Harry regardless of the result wasn't great but if Harry isn't impeded he probably at least contests the interception. The Edelman one was nowhere near his fault. The Byrd one was the only one I really pin on him and that was more bad mechanics than anything
The Edelman throw was definitely his fault. Matthieu was the Rover and was awaiting that throw. Edelman wasn’t expecting it because it was such a terrible decision.

One thing can be put to rest with a big enough sample:

The only defense (team maybe) stopping the Chiefs is the pats. 3 man rush with Winovich, Butler & Wise with 8 DBs behind them.

Unfortunately, who knows if they have the firepower on offense to get to the AFCCG.

Stidham is not our long team starter.

I'm willing to bet in the long run he is. If he's willing to improve and driven to get better than I wouldn't put it past him. His drop backs looked good tonight. Stood tall in the pocket. That int on the throw to edelman was obviously not his fault. His stat line should read 1 td and 1 int.

This team is a mystery at 2-2. Hoyer should be left in KC. Would love to see us beat a legit super bowl contender down the road with cam. We need this d line to get more pressure.

Good then get used to losing. Good starters don’t look that horrid and lose out to Hoyer. Stidham is not the guy and if he is then this team just conceded it’s dominance

Elite running game, defence has its swagger back, no reliable pass-catching playmakers, a huge hole at QB behind Newton. Despite the loss, really proud of the character the team showed. Had Hoyer not shat the bed, we convert two easy interceptions and the officials didn't pull this one out for the Chiefs, the Pats would have pulled off an upset for the ages.

At least we get Brett Rypien next week...should be a win regardless who our QB is

Which is what Romo was trying to say, but didn’t actually say it.

Kontra,

With Cam out next week, who do you start against Denver, a very winnable game..I would probably lean towards Hoyer, but wouldn't be shocked either way.

Stidham should have thrown 3 INTs. He got bailed out by a suspect call against Matthieu. As it stands, he threw 2 INTs in less than a half’s work. That’s terrible.

People keep saying Cam is out next week but I am pretty sure he may be able to return if he stays asymptomatic...

To think if Cam didn’t fall into our lap we would have had to watch that for 16 games instead of 1. :yuck:

It was in his hands. He should be ready for that pass. What in the world are you talking about? JE also dropped another gimme.Your weird hatred for Stidham is showing.
