Harry looks quicker

Unfortunately for you, there is no way you can prove your comment is factual. Different QB, different receivers, different O-Line, different situations. Impossible to factually prove. You could assume it, but you can’t prove it.

On the other hand, I gave you facts. In 16 games, as a ROOKIE, Michel’s stat line was:

1267 yds 280 carries 12 tds 4.5 yds

That’s a GREAT rookie season, that’s a provable fact based on stats. How many Patriot’s rookie running backs had better rookie seasons ? How many Patriot’s rookie running backs had a better playoffs (hint, 0).

The one comment that you made that is true: “We don’t win SB 53 without his production.” Damn straight.
So, by that reasoning Sony AND ONLY SONY could've helped us win the SB...

Yeah not buying it.

"Elusiveness Rating" .... my lord, what are they going to come up with next.

You don't buy anything, except Patriot's negativity.

I am very high on Harry. He has a good work ethic and is a beast with the ball in space. He’s big and physical and a threat in the red zone. They need to design overlaps, screens and motion to scheme him open.

In the NFL very few players can get open on their own. Harry should focus on understanding where the soft spots are in zones. So many of the Pats best receivers thrived on knowing how to beat a zone D.

Those type of players have a great feel for open spaces. Edelman and White are good examples of that now.

I buy the Truth...sorry not sorry that it offends the delicate sensitivities of the Little Billy Notgoat rumpswabs...

The only truth you bring is you are truly a moron, and truly not a Patriot’s fan.

I was so excited about this pick. I hope he can be a stud. I also hope Stidham can as well to make it worth it

It's not a great sign when in December the only way to get him the ball was via a designed running play or a simple curl or over the shoulder. He won't be able to be a consistent 70+ catch player without better route running skills.

Wow, in those two clips from last year he looks awful getting off the line. I mean 55 year old white due bad. I like that he is training up for getting better releases off the line. He generally looks good in the training clips, but in that last clip he couldn't get away from the guy training him!

He is unbelievably awful getting off the line. Don't even watch him...watch how little effort the DBs have to put forth to stay with him. He's not an NFL WR. I don't care how much time he spends looking just as slow in training clips.

As was mentioned, he had a tremendous rookie season and he did help us win a Super Bowl...so...?

I get some people would have preferred Chubb but while hindsight is always 20/20, Michel has been a pretty solid pick up. With Brady gone I expect him to get more of a look in the passing game. Say what you want but the guy is pretty good in the open field when he has the football. If he can get more involved, it would certainly change things as defenses would hopefully no longer be able to key on the run, which is essentially one of the biggest problems (along with the offensive line injuries) he had last season.

it's a little silly to assume chubb would have the same numbers here....at least while brady was here.

either way, take away the 20/20 hindsight and people here are completely blind.......case in point:

Patriots trade for 49er's OT Trent Brown
