Reads like some low key shade at Brady's accuracy on deep routes.

I was thinking it was because Brady didn't seem to trust him consistently.

Dorsett was the fastest WR they had and he was rarely used on deep routes beyond being a decoy. The reason for that is pure speculation.

But him mentioning Wilson's deep accuracy and then calling his one year deal a mistake kinda gives you his perspective on things.

I doubt we will ever hear Brady say something negative in an interview so who knows.

It was a dismal season for Patriot wide receivers. Hart Lee Dykes would have been the #1...

I think it's clear alot of players not named Jules or Gronk wasn't in Toms circle of trust.
Trust cuts two ways.
I bet Dorsett Has a career year as a 4th sometimes third receiver there.

This will allow Dorsett to freelance when Wilson is running for his life. It should be a good fit for him, as he'll be across from another speed guy who'll take coverage away from the Dorsett side.

Tom deserves some criticism here and there but Dorsett comes off as thinking a bit too highly of his value.

But would Cam be willing to go there?

That would be as Jetsy a Jets signing as anything else they’ve done. Well maybe except Tebow.

He is a limited value #3 receiver, whose specialty was stretching the field. I saw nothing in his comments that says anything different. Given his 2019 production and how often Brady threw to him, I can see why he might think that he would have had a better season in Seattle.

Dude's not even a #3, at least not on a team with legit championship aspirations...

There is a reason why the NEP let him find his market last year and again this year.

There was a great piece of video from last season where Dorsett completely fails to read the blitz and Brady throws it to him on a hot read and Dorsetts' back is to the ball and he never turns to look for the ball as its coming at him. The look on Bradys face after that one play told me everything I needed to know about his trust factor with Dorsett. It was at zero.
After three years in the offense and he can't read a simple blitz, Brady had completely given up on him. You can have all the speed in the world but if you don't have a good football IQ, your not a good fit for Tom. Or the Pats quite frankly!
