That man's contributions are about as underrated as it gets.
 
We don't win #6 without that 2018 running game, and that running game loses half it's swagger if Develin isn't there. Thank you James, I hope you have a long and healthy retirement!

Johnson and Vitale have some big shoes to fill.
 
A BIG miss....he will be missed on the team but health comes first (a future coach ?)
 
Hell of a career, from Brown to 3x champ. Good luck to him.
 
Congrats to a Brown Grad who no one thought would make it in the NFL..

Good player and a really good guy..

Major bummer. Belichick knew what he was doing when he signed FA Dan Vitale.

Vitale is not a very good lead blocker. Lazar broke this down.

I thought Johnson did pretty well when he was in there. Hes more of the Develin type IMO.
 
I was expecting this. Neck injury isn’t anything to eff with. He was a great Patriot, another perfect “do your job” player. One of so many we as fans have been honored to watch and root for. Take care sir, you deserve a great and full life with your family.
