[Deus Irae]

Izzo is an absolutely putrid blocker. He was drafted for supposed blocking ability but the guy can't block anything. It's why he ended up a healthy scratch for the majority of games last year. Just awful in every way, no way he makes the team.

Both remaining TEs from last year are terrible.

Worth noting that two other kickers have been drafted aside from ourselves. Neither are Blankenship.

Kicker's a weird position and everyone just assumes the best guy was the Lou Groza winner, when NFL kickers include like Steve Hauschka out of Middlebury and the Lou Groza guy like the guy the Bucs drafted washes out fast. It's all mental anyways, half the kickers in college have more or less the same leg.

To be fair this is true of everyone but a top sliver of teams each year. The Patriots have just had the fortune of being in that top sliver for the better part of two decades.

I agree that question marks are the norm. I don't agree that question marks for every group is the norm.

Drafting interior linemen at the end of the draft is cool. Probably the position most likely to actually make it in the last couple rounds.
